The next morning comes around and I get up early to make sure I can shower and get ready in time for work orientation. I creep downstairs being careful not to be too loud and see Romey already awake drinking coffee. He nudges a second mug sitting next to him and I breathe a sigh of relief reaching for it.
We sit in silence for a short time drinking our coffee as the rest of the house begins to wake up.
Soon everyone is wandering around the house getting ready. I'm walking downstairs after changing into my outfit for the day

I hear Jenni talking as I'm coming down,
"Who wants to hold her hair while she throws up?" She asks and I stop at the bottom of the stairs.
"Are you serious?" I ask grimacing at the thought.
"This is why we had to leave early 'cause, like, puking and shit." Vinny says leaning against the back door. I start making my way over to the kitchen to grab a bottle of water.
"We are going to be late," Pauly says.
"That's not my..." Sammi starts to say as I nod my head.
"Yeah I didn't sign up to come here to play as someone's mom or alcohol monitor." I say crossing my arms and popping a hip.
"Yeah, I ain't trying to get fired from my first day" Mike throws in.
"Fuck this lets just go. She's a grown ass woman." Romeo huffs while walking towards the door.
"All right, let's go" Vinny laughs and we all start walking out.

I feel bad but like dude you know your own limits. Like I'm not here to babysit I'm here to get drunk myself and have a good time. I'm also not about to make bad impression with the guy who is letting us live in his house.

We all go to the t-shirt shop for orientation and see Snooki arrive late. We decide not to linger around and head back to the house.
We are all mingling in the middle of the house when Snooki walks through the door.
"What's going on? Like, what did I do?" She asks seemingly confused. I furrow my eyebrows because I think what she did was pretty obvious.
"You showed up late" Mike says, being much nicer than I would have been.
"No, about, like, what's going on here? Whys everyone acting weird towards me? She says looking around at the group.
"Were chill, I don't know what you mean" Romey says, shrugging his shoulders.
"No seriously" Snooki says.
Sammi decides to respond and I'm already over this conversation.
"It's like, what were you sick 'cause, honestly, we were ready to go. So, like, what were you doing?" Sammi says with some attitude.
