Matt stops the car in front of my house, it's already night, i rode alot of rides today, i get off as i wave bye to chris and matt,
"Wait!" Chris says as i start to leave, i look back to him as he gets off rushly walking to me, he opens his bag as he picks something from it, he gets out a bunny stuffed animal, he gives it to me, i hold the doll looking at it then i look up at him confused,
"That's for you" chris says, i gasp
"Aww, i love bunnies" i say, i love bunnies, he smiles, then the smile turns into a sad one, he looks at the ground for second,
"Well, goodbye abby.." he says,
"Goodbye chris, goodnight" i say back to him, he smiles once more as it's the last, then he turns
"Goodnight to you too" he says as he walks back to the car,
i look at the ground thinking for a moment, then i watch the car as it drives away, i turn to walk to my house as i open the door and get in, i get up the stairs going to my room, i close the door behind me and i jump on my bed, i look at the cute stuffed animal beside me and i lay it on my pillow, it's so pretty, i sigh tiredly as i get up to change , as i go to my dirty clothes basket to throw my clothes i notice matt's clothes hanged on the hanger beside the basket, i pick them up as i watch them smiling, i go to my washing machine and i put them in, i pick the lavender sent detergent, i watch the machine as the clothes roll in, i don't know why but knowing that matt's clothes is at my house makes me feel safe and at ease, i feel he's with me right now, i get up to wash up, when I'm done with my before bed skincare and routine, i hop on my bed as i cover myself with the blanket, i look beside me to see the stuffed animal, i hold it as i close my eyes to sleep, I'm happy....wait a minute
WAIT, DID I FUCKING KISS MATT TODAY??? OH MY GOD I MUST BE OUT OF MY FUCKING MIND, OH MY FUCKING GODDD.
matt's pov:
I get in bed as i cover my face with the blanket, oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god oh my god, SHE KISSED ME, i could feel my face burning up as i think more about it, fuck ,my heart is going to explode, i bring my legs up and down as they punch the bed, i shove down the blanket off my face as i exhale a long breath because of how much i kept it in, i laugh as i roll right and left in bed, i seem like a lunatic right now, i hope chris and nick can't hear me, OH MY GOD I'M SO FUCKING HAPPY.
Chris's pov:
Me and nick stand by matt's room door looking at each other confused, Nick's opening the door slightly, he closes the door as he looks at me baffled,
"What's wrong with him? Did he finally go crazy after riding the swing ride or what?, i thought it would take him longer than that for his shit to finally snap" nick says,
"I don't know bro" i say as i turn away laughing,
I get in my room as i close the door and i lay on bed, i sigh as i close my eyes.
Earlier at the amusement park:
Fuck, what's wrong with this girl, she got off from in front of me to sit beside me, she's getting way too close, i move away trying to get away from her, i look from the window to see abby, they are on the other side of the ferris wheel so it's easy for me to see them, my eyes widens up when i do, they're kissing, i feel my breath getting heavier, i look away not wanting to see it, i Guess i kind of knew she likes matt, i should have moved on before i reach this moment, but the moment i realized i have feelings for Abby, i already was in too deep, it'll be hard now, but I'll try.
The present:
I close my eyes as i feel a tear run down my face, i chose to give up, i gave her my last goodbye, i hope she becomes happy, i love her.
Abby's pov:
I open my eyes to the sun, i only slept like four hours, i couldn't stop thinking about yesterday, i get up to brush my teeth and do my skincare.
When i finish getting ready, i get out of the house.
When i reach school, i get in to see matt nick chris jan and jade, i take a deep breath when my eyes meet matt's, i walk to them and i hug jan,
"Hi" nick says, i smile for him,
"Hey stupid" chris says, i frown shocked with jaw opened
"Oh, so the stupid nickname is back" i say, they all laugh, and chris shrugs trying to annoy me, AND IT WORKS,
As i get pissed matt laughs more, i look at him as the end sides of my lips gets higher, our i eyes meet as me and him just keep staring at each other smiling, i do the upsidedown smile as i look away, the bill rings as me and jan go to our class, we sit beside each other, as i settle in the seat i catch Janessa grinning at me, i do the 'what' face, smiling confused,
"So?" Janessa asks,
"So what?" I respond confused,
"What's going between you and matt?" Janessa asks, fucking fuck, she catches on so quickly..
"What do you mean? Nothing's going on" i say as i look at my bag to get my workbook out, as i try to get up to go away, she puts her hand on the edge of the desk to stop me from passing, shit I'm doomed, i sigh as i go back to my seet.
Janess's jaw is on the ground as i told her everything, from the moment matt confessed to the moment i kissed him,
"See? Nothing's happening between us" i reassure her one more time, she looks at me baffled,
"WHAT?! Girl y'all are head over heals for each other" she says, i shake my head in disagreement as she looks more speechless, the teacher walks in and both of us look back in front of us for the class, I'm sure she's wrong.
At lunch time:
As i get out of class i see Janessa coming out of her class, we both freeze when our eyes meet,i could tell what's going to happen, i look away as i start walking away fastly , my fast steps turn into a run when i hear Janessa's running steps,
"FUCK IT, GET AWAY" i yell to her as i run, she doesn't respond until she wrappes her arms around me as she catches me, i sigh as i lost,
"Tell me more, tell me more" Janessa begs,
"THERE'S NOTHING TO TELL" i tell her pissed,
"GOD" i walk away,
"Nooo, tell mee" she whines as she walks after me.
We reach the cafeteria as we see our friends sitting at a table, we go to them, matt's sitting at a side beside him chris, and on the other side nick and jade, i go to grab a seat beside jade but Janessa runs to the seat and sits, she looks up to me and smirks, ugh i know what that means, i walk to the other side and i sit by matt, Janessa giggles, as nick and jade join even though they don't know why she's giggling, i glance at matt to see his reaction, he's sitting looking at the table in front of him smiling from ear to ear, but it's obvious that he's trying to keep it in a little, i look in front of me embarrassed, as Janessa giggles more.
Janessa gets up to get her food, as she walks back to us, me and matt get up at the same time to get ours, and as she passes by me she bumps me aggressively, i lose my balance as i fall on matt as both of us fall on the ground, i hear people saying 'OH' as we fall, i open my eyes after i closed them while falling, i see matt sitting on the ground with his legs stretched in front of him, his left hand stretched behind his back to hold him and his right hand wrapped around my waist, at me who fell on him with my hands holding to his shoulders, my face looking directly at his, our faces is too close, i glance at Janessa who's on my right as she's holding her mouth doing a shocked face, but a pleased one, she's smiling, i look back at matt to see him smirking, i get up rushly when i feel something bumping so hard in my chest, people go 'OH' again as i run away embarrassed, FUCK.
When school day ends, i get out of class embarrassed knowing I'll see them all standing in the hall waiting for me, and i do see them, nick amd jade still laughing as Janessa looks proud, chris laughing in a speechless way at Janessa is actions, me too chris, me too, i can't believe she did that,
And matt standing there smiling at me mouthing 'hey' from away, i walk towards them willing to pass them,
"Our star is here" nick shouts out,
"You got popular in the whole school 'the girl who fell on matt sturniolo' " jade joins,
"GUYS STOP BEING DRAMATIC" i stop to yell at them, then i turn to continue walking, they laugh as they continue walking after me, THAT'S SO EMBARRASSING GOD.
