Chapter 13 - The truth

KOURTNEY'S POV

I woke up before anyone else, to the feeling of nausea. I knew what was happening, and ran to the bathroom. As soon as my head lifted the pillow, my head was pounding, i didnt know why. I got to the bathroom just in time. After i was finished, i heard a knock at the door. I opened it to find louis. 'You ok love?' He asked. 'Yeah, just morning sickness' i replied. He took me into the lounge area, and sat me down on the sofa, placing a throw over my legs. He got up and got me a glass of water from the fridge, next to the telly.

'Louis' i said. He didnt reply. He shuffled me over, so that he was lying down with me, our bodies touching. He took his hand and placed it on my stomach, smiling. 'Our babies' he said, grinning. I smiled at him, and kissed his cheek. Just then, i heard the door of harry and Sophie's room open, and they walked out. 'Harry, what have i told you about being shirtless?' Giggled sophie. 'I know you love it!' Smirked harry. Sophie blushed. 'Hey harry' i said. 'Hi...' He slowly said. I looked at him in confusion. Why was he acting like this? 'You ok?' I asked him. 'Mm' he said. Sophie saw me shooting him a confused look, and she shrugged her shoulders at me. 'Kourtney can i talk to you' asked harry, but it it sounded very stern. 'Erm, sure...?' I said, following him into one of the bedrooms.

'What's up?' I asked. 'Kourtney, you can't keep this a secret' he said, darkly. What was he talking about? 'He is like a brother to me' he continued. He was really scaring me now. 'H-harry i have no idea what you are talki-'

'Oh I think you do' said harry. 'Tell me' i said. He looked very disspaointed. 'Do you seriously not remember?' He asked. 'No' i replied. 'Well, last night, you cheated on louis'. My heart shattered and fell to the ground. 'N-no i couldn-'

'You did, i saw you kissing some boy last night at the bar' all of a sudden, memories from last night came flooding back. The taste of the alcohol on his lips, the way we danced and i sat on his lap.

'Did we fuck?' I whispered.

'No' said harry. 'Not as far as i know' he said.

I sighed. How could I let this happen?

'You have to te louis, or i will' harry sternly said. 'Harry no, you cant' i protested. He just shot me a dirty look, and i knew he meant business. I stood up and walked out of the room, dead. Louis must have seen my pale face, as he walked over to me. He touched my shoulders, and i shivered. He knew something was troubling me as he lead me back into the bedroom. I looked behind me as harry nodded in the direction of the bedroom.

'What's wrong?' Asked louis, holding my hands. 'Lou, harry just told me something, your not going to like it' i sobbed. 'Babe, tell me, whatever it is, we can get through it' he replied. I really wanted to believe his words, but i knew that he would probably never forgive me after i told him. 'Lou, i am so sorry, but last night... I kissed another boy'. Louis let go of my hands, and i bowed my head. 'Lou I'm so sorry' i pleaded. His eyes glazed over, all emotion disappearing. He backed towards the door. 'How could you do this to me?' He asked. 'Lou i was drunk i didnt know what I was doi-'

'You were drunk?'

'Yeh'

'FUCKING DRUNK!?'

his sudden anger made me jump. He scared me. Tears began to shed from his eyes, staining his perfect cheeks. He shook his head at me, before running out, and then out of the hotel room. I collapsed on the bed, bawling my eyes out. I was so angry with myself. How did I manage to get myself into this situation?

Sophie walked in, and sat next to me. 'Harry told me' she simply said. I wanted her to hold me, tell me everything was gonna be ok, but of course, she didnt. 'Kourtney your carrying twins. You went and got drunk, then cheated on the love of your life, and you wonder why people turn against you' she said. I cried even harder. She was right. How could I do this to the man i love, his band, my best friends? Sophie went out of the room, slamming the door behind her.
