Elena watched him as little snores were heard from him. His body slowly moving as he breathed silently and his lips parted slightly. She didn't realize for how long she has been watching him but she didn't want to wake him up. They were turned to each other and their fingers touching a little, and she didn't want to move. But she needed to once she heard the front door opening.

It sounded like someone was creeping inside. It's really early in the morning, maybe around 6am and Charles would probably tell her if he expected visitors. And he would probably be awake at this time to let someone in. Elena got out of the bed slowly, as she walked over to her bag and took her belt with gun.

Elena carefully stepped not to make too much noise so anyone who got in wouldn't get out unnoticed. And maybe grab something along. She pulled out her gun and held it with both hands as she walked through the house. Elena got through the hallway and once she was in the living room she saw a man standing over a table, holding something in his hands.

"Drop to your knees and face the wall!" - She almost yelled out, but she scared him anyway. He didn't see her come in. "Oh my god, what- you-" - He started but Elena didn't have it. "You fucking heard me, hands behind your head as well." - Her tone increased as she had a gun pointed at his head, ready to shoot if needed.

"Okay, okay- I just, I thought-" - He again, tried to speak but she didn't let him. "Save me your words." - Elena stepped closer and harshly took his hands as he faced the wall, and pulled them behind his back, putting handcuffs on them. He winced in pain but it's the last thing he should worry about.

"Elena- what? What are you doing?" - Charles was obviously up as he approached Elena and the man in handcuffs before she turned to him. "Oh hey, Charles." - The man spoke. "So this is your house? I thought I got in the wrong one." - He added as she looked confusedly in between them.

"What?" - She spoke. "Elena, this is my brother, Arthur. Arthur, this is Elena." - Charles clarified as Elena connected the dots and looked at Arthur who was still in handcuffs, facing the wall on his knees. "Oh my god, I am so sorry. I really though- oh my god I am so embarrassed right now." - She stuttered out of awkwardness as she released his hands from handcuffs. Arthur rubbed his wrists as he got up to his legs.

"What a weird way to meet, but it's nice to meet you." - He smiled as her face was as red as a tomato. "I am so sorry, I shouldn't have acted like that, I thought you were breaking in because if Charles expected someone he would've been up, and- oh my dear lord I am so ashamed right now." - She placed her hands over her face to cover awkward feeling she had.

Charles laughed as he approached and wrapped his arms around her shoulders. "Another Leclerc you've arrested. Good job officer, it's like you are a magnet for us." - He joked as she looked up at him with nothing more than a serious face. "So you were the one who arrested him the other night in Miami? I came to ask you about it." - Arthur spoke, interrupting their long eye contact. And he noticed. Everyone did, except them.

"Yeah, this is the famous officer who caught the robber and assaulter in the paddock after the race as well." - Charles unwrapped his hands as she looked at Arthur once his face lightened up. "You are a real hero you know? Giving my brother what he deserved, at least a night in prison. Then helping a woman? You truly are a life saver."

"I try but, your brother really deserved more. He was driving over speed limit as he was drunk behind the wheel." – Arthur looked at Charles as he rolled his eyes. "I didn't like being in handcuffs alright?" – Charles answered as Elena gave him a weird look. "Really? Because you told me how-" – Elena tried to prove Charles wrong but once he realized what she was about to say, he stepped towards her, placing his hand over her mouth. His other arm rested on her lower back not letting her step back.
