Chapter 24

The next day Jace had called me at nine, in the morning, asking me if I wanted to hang out. I asked what did he had planned, he said that he wanted to have a movie day and asked if twelve was a good time. He also invited Bryce to come over saying that he could hang out with Bella since their around the same age. It is now eleven thirty and me and Bryce are leaving the house. I already told dad that we were leaving so he wouldn't flip out. And if you were wondering I didn't get in that much trouble when I got home...

If you count not going anywhere after school except practice for two weeks not that much trouble then yeah, I didn't get in that much of trouble! I asked him why not the weekends (I have no idea what was going through my mind when I asked that), and he said he wasn't that cruel. 

"Ohh, Sissy change this song I don't like it." I laughed. 

"Why not?" It was Amnesia by 5 Seconds Of Summer. Personally this song got me really emotional. (which I hated)

"Because it's really sad, and I don't like sad songs, and you cry almost every time we listen to it and I don't like seeing you cry." 

"Okay I'll change it." The next song was Girl Crush by Little Big Town. 

We pulled down Jace's long dirt road. I was probably going to have to wash my car after this. It was really dusty. Something that I just realized was that Jace sounded kinda strange while we were on the phone, like he was eager for me to get there but played it off by setting it off by a couple of hours. Hmm wonder what he had to tell me. 

I parked by the other vehicles making sure I didn't block any one in. Bryce got out and held onto my hand he practically skipped up to the porch. "Sissy can I ring the doorbell?" He asked with excitement clearly in his voice. I told him yes, but only once not ten times. 

When he rung the doorbell Jace's mom had answered. She gave us a big smile. She was obviously cooking something. She was wearing an apron and had a spatula in her hand. "Come in, come in!" She told us. "Jace is in his room, you can go up there if you like. Trust me you'll know which room is his, oh and Bella is in the living room playing games, if you want to join her Bryce." She gives us one last smile and goes back to the kitchen. 

"You wanna go in the living room with Bella?" I looked down at him. He nodded and ran off to play with Bella. 

I walked up stairs and Jace's mom (who's name I forgot) was right. I knew which one was his right away. On his door was a sign that says 'Private Property: No Trespassing'. With that sign a whole bunch of other pictures of him doing crazy things others are serious but most were goofy. There was this one were he was all muddy and he was hugging his mom who look disgusted. She probably killed him after. 

I knocked on his door not wanting to be rude. "Jace?" I called his name. I herd a bunch of cursing and stuff being thrown around. "Are you okay?" I asked. "Yea I'm fine! Just hang on a sec!" He yelled threw the door. 

After more things were thrown he finally opened the door. I looked at him examining his face. He was all red and working up a sweat. I gave a small chuckle. "Really?" I said and walked into his now clean room. 

"Okay so I'm going to spill this before I chicken out." He took a deep breathe before continuing. "What happened last year in cheer?" 

I was going to kill James.
