Damien walked through the torture grounds. The air was heavy with silence, broken only by the wind.

Damien's footsteps echoed softly as he walked through the twisted pathways. The occasional flicker of the fire in Damien's hand lit up gruesome implements of torment, now rusted and forgotten.

Damien had lost track of how long it had been since he talked with that stranger; it had probably been 1-2 days? Damien had to be fast; he was running out of time.

He continued to look for Pip, searching for anything that looked like Pip could be inside. The occasional distant echoes only made him more scared and uncomfortable. His determination to find Pip pushed him forward, past the decaying remnants of weapons that had once caused great pain.

The chill in the air seemed to carry the whispers of countless souls who had suffered within these very walls. The fire in Damien's hand cast dancing shadows that played tricks on his mind, making every corner appear scarier than the last.

That's when he heard metal footsteps coming closer. Damien panicked; he ran to the right. That's when he saw a sign; it read, 'Torturer rooms this way.' Damien ran to where the sign was pointing.

The hallway stretched before him; as he kept running, the very air carried the weight of the horrors that had happened in those rooms. His mind raced with thoughts of Pip and the need to find him before anything else could befall him.

Along the corridor were eerie shadows on the walls, making Damien want to get out of there, even stronger. As he reached the end of the hallway, the path branched into several doorways. Damien hesitated, trying to catch his breath. With every fiber of his being, he hoped that his decision would lead him to Pip, safe and unharmed.

That's when he saw something, "Numbered signs? For each door? Oh! This must be each person's torturer room." Damien looked in amazement. All the doors for every sinner in hell were in one singular room. Damien looked up at the ceiling; it seemed to go on forever, or maybe farther away? That's when Damien realized something, the room's walls were growing taller, revealing more doors.

Damien was in awe, "I read about this room. The one at the very top is where Abel, one of the first humans and first to die, is."

He looked up, following the endless stretch of ceiling. As his eyes went back to the rows of doors, "The very top... that's where Abel is," he mumbled to himself, he was in disbelief. The fact that even one of the earliest souls had gotten down here sent a chill down his spine. He couldn't think of a reason why Abel would be down here, but the more he thought of the reason, the more it left him haunted, was it really that easy to get stuck down here?

He looked around the forever-growing room, and that's when he found something. A small section of the wall, right next to the place he came out of, there was a piece of paper, 'People to lock up this month.'

Damien smiled, "Yes!" The paper had a list of names. Damien's heart sank as he scanned the list, trying to find the name that mattered most to him.

And there it was, "Philip," he whispered, his voice both relieved and determined. The fact that Pip's real name was on that list made Damien kind of confident, ready to deal with the eerie hallways to rescue his boyfriend and future husband (hopefully) from this nightmare.

Next to Pip's real name was a number, "110 billion." Damien sighed, "Well....time to find that." Damien was going to get his Pip back, his Philip; he just needed to summon his will.
