Emma.

I felt the engine rev underneath the pressure of my foot on the peddle, I pulled up the e-brake and we zoomed off into the night. Past the paparazzi, past the people, past the city lights. It was pitch black out besides the soft glow of the city.

The road that's a short cut to Arnold was empty, Justin and Andy went the normal route, and so I shifted and pushed up the speed. The car handled nice, I think the wheel pressure was better than my own car, but at speed, my car kills this one.

We zoomed on clean pavement and turned easily. The handling on this car was definitely smoother than mine.

I had turned the music off when we hit the short cut, so the sound of nature was the only thing that met our ears. I felt Tony's eyes on me and I looked his way, he smiled when I did and I looked back to the road feeling a small blush creep up onto my cheeks.

Oh...my...God...am I seriously blushing? Fuck, man, I'm getting rusty.

I pulled up to the beach and turned off the car. I saw tons of couples dancing, a couple kegs, loads of coolers, a huge bonfire, and tens of dozens of people everywhere on the shore. I clipped off my heels and threw them in the back, then turned to Tony who looked out at the sight.

"You might want to take that off, and maybe untuck your shirt. Oh and take off your shoes and socks because this sand is the softest sand ever." I paused and he gaped at me, "Oh and tousle your hair a bit, much more attractive."

I got out of the car and closed the door. A minute later he was stepping out and closing his door, wearing exactly what I told him. He looked...so hot. His hair was messed up like earlier today, instead of his dress shirt he wore a plain white tee with his signature leather jacket he pulled from the backseat, and bare feet. He looked over and sighed, "Seriously, how short is my leash now?"

I laughed thinking just the same, "Pretty short, Stark."

He grinned and grabbed my hand, linking our fingers once again. We walked together down to the party, I was glad there was only beer there or else something bad might happen. Andy and Justin were dancing again, well more like grinding, both holding the necks of beers. Andy spotted us and waved, then she spotted our hands and winked. I laughed, Tony looked questioning at me, and I shook my head.

We grabbed ourselves each a beer and decided on skipping the partying and going for a walk along the coast. The breeze took on a bit of a chill, giving my arms goose bumps. I slowly rubbed them to get some friction warmth, trying to act nonchalant about it.

Tony chuckled, took off his jacket, and put it on my shoulders. I tried to refuse but he insisted, so I put it on. It smelled incredible; of musky slash minty cologne with a hint of bonfire residue. Heaven on Earth.

He looked at me seriously, "You know since there's only one jacket, we may have to cuddle a little to keep both of us warm."

"Ew, I have to cuddle with Tony Stark."

"I know, sign of the apocalypse. Please, spare me."

We laughed and walked a little be farther from the party. I stopped in a spot lit up by the moon and sat down, Tony plopped down next to me. My arms were behind me, keeping me up while he was leaned over his knees taking a drink from his beer.

He looked me up and down examining my dress, "You know, it's such a beautiful dress, really a shame for using it so carelessly."

"Oh?" I raised my brow, "And this is coming from a guy who's sitting in sand with tuxedo pants."

"You're dress and my pants, I guess we're evened out besides my leather jacket."

I held my hands up in defense, "You offered it to me."

"You win."
