Ranboo POV
Saturday ~ 3:21pm
Approaching this next stop it did make me quite nervous. Though it wasn't too bad knowing what had happened here was in the past and I'd never encounter such events or people again. It was near my old school, where the fall out with Genevieve sparked.
The uh- misunderstanding per say,
I was really jut hoping to see an allium, even the sprout of one would be quite thrilling to see. Especially for Tommy to see.
Walking over Tommy seemed to be looking around, "Doesn't seem all too special. Is this it? Our next stop?"
"Yeah," I lifted softly, "I guess it was kinda silly coming back here- uhh let's just head back then."
"Why's that?" He asked looking over to me now after having taken in his surroundings.
I looked away from him, now doing as he had done before- Really taking in my surroundings. I'd come here solely to look for the purple flowers and nothing more.
Spotting no purple nor sprouts I smiled to myself, it wasn't till then that I reply, "I'm not sure why I wanted to come here. At first I'd thought it simply to see if the alliums were still here. However... as I take in the surroundings and look to where they were once planted, it's sad to see no purple or sprouts."
"So this is where-"
"Yeah, but it's okay honestly. Nothing can be as it once was- not truly anyways. But we can start a new and move forward." I looked to Tommy now, "What do you say we plant alliums? Take care of them while we're here and as to weather or not they grow is up to mother nature I suppose."
He nodded, "Whatever floats your boat King."
And with that it made visiting this spot pretty simple, we took off to find someplace where they'd sell alliums it allium seeds, buds- whatever.
We'd be back to plant them and take care of them in the short while that we'd be in San Francisco. And after all is done I think this will be our last stop that has anything to do with my past and childhood. Now we'd enjoy our time together simply in my home town. We'd go sight seeing, souvenir shopping, food tasting, and adventuring.
Though I never quite took in the city for what it was when I was younger, I wouldn't let the opportunity of being here with Tommy go to waste. I'd spend it enjoying the hometown I'd been so very afraid of. And perhaps afterwards I could say it's not really that bad. Perhaps there could be times in the future we visit again, see family again, plant alliums again- Do everything again.
Perhaps.
But for now, I'll try and change my outlook.
Year 4. ~ "We'd finally graduate. You'd start that little idea of yours. The streaming platform and you'd make it come to life. You'd spend the rest of that year more focused on your career than me. Though we'd be alright since-" "Okay, TMI baby."
Ranboo POV
Friday ~ 3:49pm
Caps thrown into the air as I stood with my peers. Some faces plastered with smiles and others with tears, though everyone happy.I'd officially completed my four years of college. Strange deja by from high school, but perhaps almost even more unbelievable. I couldn't wait to get out there and work on my ideas for company building and expanding.
Being out of school and able to see Tommy more was indeed a plus, but starting off my ideas and business would help with income and savings. Meaning more and more money to put towards my Tommy's dream wedding.
Tommy POV
Loud yelling in my ear from my in-laws and Tubbo, as tons and tons of Harvard grads caps fell from the sky and onto the floor. Ranboo had completed his four years and would always express how thrilled he was to work on his ideas and business.
I'd just had my graduation day last Friday from my own college and so Lexi, Nelly, and Tubbo had been flown n since then. They'd been staying with Ran and I. Having them around gave me a nice sort of reminder, or taste of home.
Now knowing Ranboo would be off of school I was very much thrilled, being able to spend more and more time with him as the days went by.
Sure he'd be submerged in his work and such, but I know he'd find the time and moments to spend time with me. Plus, I'm sure he'd be working from home till his little business ideas really take off that is.
As of now though we'd simply celebrate our Harvard grad. I'd been celebrated all last weekend, so how was his turn. And waiting back at home was a banner and balloons for my Boorista. I wanted him to feel just as special as he had made me feel.
"Cmon then, we outta find our little grad and congratulate him with tons and tons of hugs!" Nelly exclaimed tugging me along, following Lexi and Tubbo who ofcourse had already taken off to do so.
I happily joined in on searching for I too would shower our Ranboo in a million hugs- and perhaps kisses.
When we finally found him hugging and congratulating amongst his friends, I could scream! I was so incredibly happy and proud of him. He'd done as we'd hoped and he really was going to accomplish big things as cheesy or weird as I may sound.
I ran over and practically threw myself into him, clasping my arms tightly around him as I bury my face into his graduation gown, "Congratu- bbl blah brl buh blah" is sorta what it sounded like as I spoke into his chest.
They all laughed and I pulled away quite embarrassed, "I mean- Congratulations my Ranboo! I'm very proud of you."
He chuckled softly, his hand covering his mouth, then he moved it to cup my face, "Thankyou silly, I'm quite proud myself."
