"You are too weak to fight us" that guy grinned moving towards unconscious Y/n. He was two steps away from her when a bullet fired in the air. The bullet hit his head making him dead in a second. "What did you do?" one more bulky guy ran towards his partner but Jimin shot him before he can talk. He dragged their bodies to the stairs and locked it.

"Do me favor" he spoke his phone. "I thought you didn't like my help" he rolled his eyes at his dramatic friend. "I don't but for once I need your help" he eyed the bodies before ordering him. "Take care of these bodies for me" he disconnected the call knowing his friend will take care of them. "Y/n" he lightly moved her but she was knocked out cold.

He sighed before carrying her out from the lift. His mission was long forgotten and his only concern was Y/n. He warned her to leave as he knows there are others present today but she didn't listen to him. Now he killed two of his members and had to lie to his group for her. Jimin took the ear piece from her and placed it in her pocket.

He put her in backseat and drove from there. He knows it will be dangerous for both of them if anyone see them together so he has to be cautious about it. He carried her to his apartment and locked the door. He switched off all the cameras before coming and placed her on the bed.

He checked her forehead and sighed in relief when it was normal. He was worried about her when she fainted like that. He decided to change and cook something for her. He still remembers she like Mexican Enchiladas dish. Her mom was expert in cooking in various countries dishes. She would come and tell him all the dishes her mom made and sometimes she would sneak few bites for him too.

It was the first dish he tasted apart from the food they provided in the lab. Somehow it became a fond memory for him. He got chicken and other ingredients and started preparing it. He was too engrossed in his work he didn't realize someone came in to his house. "I didn't think I would witness a day like this"

"What are you doing here?" his friend pouted at him. "I risked my life for you and here you are being hostile to me" Jimin shook his head smiling. "At least feed me some food" he tried to sneak in some veggies but Jimin snapped his hand. "This is for her" he gasped in disbelief. "You are cooking for her"

"I thought you are enemies" Jimin didn't reply to him knowing he can't answer that. "What happened to her anyway?" his question made him stop as the memories started appearing in his mind.

Flashback

"Get down all of you quick" commander who was training them shouted at them making them flinch. "If you don't jump I am going to lock you in the dark room without water and food for whole week. This made them jump in to the water. But not all of them did though. I mean who in their right mind would jump in to ten feet deep water with two rocks tied on their legs.

Jimin was one of those who didn't jump down. "I told you to jump moron" next second he was pushed in to the water by him. Jimin couldn't come out as he was too deep in the water and he didn't know how to swim then. He screamed for help but it didn't happen.

Later when he got conscious he was in a different room. He was in a room with white walls and multiple wires were attached to him all over his body. His head throbbed like someone hit him with a rod. He wiped his tears when he realized he was crying.

"STOP" he flinched in surprise and looked at the source. "Don't hurt her please" he saw a girl was lying on the floor all bruised and bloodied while their commander was hitting her with a belt. "I told you to do it properly" the girl curled herself in to ball and cried. "You disappointed me"

"Please let her go Cole. She is a kid" a lady was crying her eyes out but he didn't listen to her. "You will know what happens when you disobey me" he moved away and got a taser from the cabinet. Girl eyes widened when she saw it. The moment he pressed it on her she screamed making Jimin close his ears. It was too scary and he couldn't handle seeing her in pain. Before anyone can do anything she fell unconscious. That was the first time he saw Y/n. Later she stumbled up on his room and became his friend.

End of Flashback

"Jimin"

"Jimin"

"JIMIN"

He flinched at the sound and glared at his friend. "I have been calling you" he rubbed his face ignoring his existence. "Leave me already" he hissed preparing the remaining dish. He placed the dish in a plate and walked towards his room.

"Is she in your room?" he stopped walking. "You should leave. If she recognizes you it will cause trouble"

"I will just see her from distance" he held his hands as if promising him. "Ok, only for a minute" he opened the door and saw she is still sleeping. "I can't believe this girl is Hazel" his friend whispered in his ear. "She outsmarted our whole team last week"

"She is too strong" Jimin grinned proudly making his friend crunch his face in disgust. Jimin was glad his friend lost his memories in the fire accident. He became cheerful and his goofiness adds a little light to Jimin dark life.

That day when fire accident happened Jimin escaped with his friend. He wasn't so fortunate so he was caught. He made sure to keep his friend safe and made him have a normal life. He became a cop and now he is helping him in some deals.

"You should leave" he nodded before getting up to leave. Once he was gone Jimin sat on the bed beside her. He watched her like a creep. He knows he can't when she woke up so he took his time. Her hair messed up due to fight and her brown locks were covering half of her face. She is beautiful with her honey tan skin and chocolate brown eyes.

The scars she has are proving how strong she is and how much she endured throughout her life. It only added to her beauty. Her jacket was discarded by Jimin when they came home. He removed all her guns and knife before laying her on the bed.

She would kill him for touching her but he saw how uncomfortable she was in the outfit. He leaned close to her face and inhaled her rose scent. He quickly pecked her lips and lay beside her on the bed. He didn't know when but soon he fell asleep too.

Y/n woke up and yawned tired. She was about to wake up but something restricted her moves. She looked down and saw a hand on her waist. She turned to her left and gasped when she saw she was cuddling with Jimin. His face was in her neck and their legs were tangled. From the window she saw it was already morning.

"Wake up" she pushed him and he fell on the ground with thud. "What the hell" he mumbled looking up to see her. "What are you doing?" he knows she would react like this. He got up and walked to her. "Nice way of saying thank you"

"How did I get here?" she asked him timidly. "You were knocked out by a guy so I carried you to my home" she didn't believe him. She knows that guy was part of his group and she failed to observe him. "How long was I out?" she searched for phone but couldn't see it. "Where are my things?"

"It is ten in the morning now and I kept them on the table over there" she walked over to the table ignoring his stare. She got all her guns and jacket. She checked phone and cursed herself when she saw so many messages from Jungkook and Jin hyung. "I need to leave"

"At least, have some foods before you leave" the sight of her favorite food stopped her. "Only for breakfast" Jimin grinned at her knowing he got her. He served her favorite and her eyes lightened instantly. "Thank you" she wasn't thanking for just food. She was thanking for everything.

Life never gave her chance to enjoy or live in happiness. Her whole life she survived by trying to reach others expectations. No one apart her mother was there to take care of her or pamper her. She felt happy just by knowing Jimin prepared this for her.

She may have been tough but after all she is human too and these are the simplest things a human would expect from life. "You can always rely on me" Jimin words soothed her though she knows she shouldn't feel this way.
