A naughty husband

Everyone was surrounding Abiha while gossiping, mainly friends and family. Meerab, Maheen and Nadiyyah haven't let a single moment go without teasing our new bride.

Abiha was flustered to say the least while Taimur has been grinning since the morning. He would call his wife to their room every 10mins and kiss the hell out of her.

Abiha had never thought Taimur to be a clingy one but dare she say she didn't love it.

Tooba and Maryam were smiling while looking at their children happy faces. Rubana and Junaid were remembering their wedding memories looking at their grandkids.

"Abiha, these were your mother's and now it's yours", said Rubana passing few jewellery to Abiha making her tear up.

Taimur came and sat beside her brushing his hand up and down her back giving her emotional support.

After calming down, Abiha looked at her mother's jewellery lovingly and traced her fingers on them.

It made her felt close to her parents. She did wear a few during her nikkah and reception but this one was held a different meaning.

If wasn't just because it was her mother's but because she knew her father got it for her mother when she was pregnant with her. It was as an act of happiness and love. Her mom often told her about it in childhood but she never thought that this single piece will hold so much significant in future.

It felt as if it held her parents blessing. Blessing of being happy and in love just like them. Smiling brightly she looked at Taimur who held her hand and kissed it making her go red in embarrassment as they were the centre of attention . Clearing her throat she tried to get up but he pulled her towards him making Abiha to fall in his lap with a shriek.

Looking wide eye at her shameless husband Abiha tried to wiggle out of his iron like grip only to be pulled more closer. Giving an apology look to everyone around she turned and glared at her shameless husband who in return pecked her nose making her red in anger and embarrassment.

Stomping on his foot, she hurriedly got up and ran up to their room from further embarrassment while Taimur followed her shortly after not before getting teasing looks from her siblings and cousin.

He was about to back hug his wife but he found her talking with someone in the phone, her posture tensed.

"....you fine? At what time are you departing? We will come to see you off.", said Abiha with genuine concern.

Finding Taimur looking at her in confusion, she mouthed 'Sheryaar' making Taimur understand that it was Sheryaar who was leaving Pakistan today.

Abiha talked a little bit more and then cut the call.

"Something we should be concerned of?", asked Taimur to which she shook her head.

"Nadiyyah grandfather is suddenly very ill so Nadiyyah has to leave urgently, Sheryaar is going with her" she then added making Taimur to nod in understandment.

"Are you going to meet them before their departure?", he asked.

"No, Sheryaar said that they are already at the airport, he is going by his jet so no time to meet", said Abiha.

Taimur caressed her hand to calm her down, he knew she was worried for her friends. A comfortable silent prevailed over the couple.

Maheen was waiting outside her college for the driver when suddenly someone called her from behind. Turning around she came across her best friend and her brother.
