JK and Mingyu flirted blatantly during band practice. Tae watched them in silence. Woonwoo watched Tae with a heavy heart.
If only he could tell Tae how he feels about him...how he thinks he deserves better than picking up the messes that JK the brat makes. Woonwoo's blood boils every time Tae's eyes follow JK. Such an idiot.
He gets it though. He cares for Tae but Tae cares only for JK. Life just isn't fair.
Woonwoo's thoughts were disrupted when the snacks he ordered were delivered. He made sure to hand Tae his favorite japchae.
"Thanks, Woonwoo" Tae smiled his signature boxy smile...and made Woonwoo's day.
"Always my pleasure, Tae. By the way, I finished the song I was writing, and was hoping you and I can do a duet."
"Oh no, not me. You know I'm too scared to sing in public". Tae's honey skin turned reddish. He didn't like being the center of attention; he was perfectly fine being a supporter of the band.
"Oh come on, Tae, your baritone voice is amazing and rare. I think you should give it a try. I'm not asking you to have a concert. Just see if you like it okay? Please?"
Tae glanced over JK's direction and saw that he's still preoccupied with Mingyu and absentmidedly replied to Wonwoo.
"I guess it couldn't hurt to listen to it. What's the title of the song you wrote?"
Woonwoo cleared his throat and said "Bittersweet"
