JK was livid.
He felt betrayed by the band and mostly by Tae, the one person he ever trusted. He is the leader of the band and they knew all too well that he is writing 'the song'. The one that he feels will get to win and maybe even land Spring Day a recording deal.

"So I disappear for a little bit and you, all of you decided on your own to pick another song. Oh and a new singer too? Did you guys think to wait for me? This is unbelievable!"

Yoongi replied calmly but intensely "Jeon Jungkook, we've been waiting for you to finish that song for months. We haven't even heard any lines and the submission is in two weeks. Woonwoo happened to have this amazing song and we all agreed..."

"yeah, you all agreed behind my back! And you, Taehyung, of all people, I expected so much from you! I didn't think you would do this to me!"

Woonwoo yelled "don't talk to Tae like that! We were the ones who convinced him and besides, we can't wait forever for you. You were so busy flirting around instead of writing the song you promised!"

Tempers flared. JK and Woonwoo were face to face and the other members had to intervene because the two were ready to fight.

"Fuck this shit. Forget your stupid band and band fest and your stupid song. I QUIT!" JK kicked the sand and left in a huff with Mingyu right behind him.

Tae didn't realize the tears started to flow from his eyes. It wasn't the fight, it wasn't JK's reaction or him quitting the band. It was the fact that JK is dating his cousin...
He doesn't remember what happened next. Everything was a blur. Tae just found himself in his room, alone in the dark.
