...Hi. Sorry for the impromptu hiatus. I don't have an excuse for it. I'm gonna finish this story up in the next nine or so chapters. I'm planning on doing a complete rewrite but I'll still keep the old one posted. Enjoy.
~(Aurora's POV)~
Camp was home but I had another home to get back to. I couldn't leave my dad alone for too long... again. I missed LaPush too, the rez, the cold, the pack. Spending so much of my life trying to forget it only made me miss it more now. Being able to share it with Paul was amazing too. And anyway I had a wedding to attend.
I had been to many funerals but weddings were a whole other beast. Bella had asked me to be one of her bridesmaid. At first I told her no, but Billy convinced me not to miss out on something so important. Alice had worked unsurprisingly fast in making the light purple bridesmaid dress for me.
Bella seemed to be going through all the wedding plans in a haze. It was stressful for me and I wasn't even the bride!
Before long it was the not long awaited day. Paul offered to go with me, I declined. He was sweet to ask but he very clearly didn't want to go. Billy was already going with me and Seth and his mother were coming. They even offered to drive dad up since I had to get to the Cullen's house early for bridesmaids duties.
One such duties was to distract Bella's mom, Renee. She was an... interesting person to say the least. Turns out even legacies can't escape the curse of complicated parent relationships.
"So they're hoping he can play again now. That the cast's off. He's hoping to bat first even with the leg bre-" Renee had been talking nonstop ever since an annoyed Rosalie herded her towards me. We exchanged some brief pleasantries in the beginning before she quickly took off talking about how she had the opportunity to teach at a boarding school but turned it down. Then she talked about Arizona while trying to change all the flower arrangments. Now I had gotten a full history on her husbands baseball career as I all but tackled her to keep her away from "fixing" the wedding cake. I swear I was one more improvement away from tying her up and leaving her in one of the closest till it was time to start.
Some god must've taken mercy on me, because the Clearwaters and dad had shown up just then with a few of the other wedding guests.
Billy was already back in his wheelchair and Seth was closing up the trunk as I walked up. "Oh my! Look at you all" I compliment them as I came up.
"Don't we look absolutely stunning?" Dad struck a pose, putting his hands on his hips and tipping his head up.
Sue smiled. "My baby boy's all dressed up" She said all but pinching his cheeks with her tone.
It's hard not to laugh at his embarrassed expression. "So handsome."
He blushed. "Be nice or I'll tell Paul." He said at the same time Billy asked "Aren't I handsome too?"
"Suuue your baby boy's threatening me" I whined.
"Come along now children. We have seats to find" She herded us along the path.
I helped push Billy's wheel chair down the aisle. "Yes, I think Charlie could use some company." He said.
"He's still in the house getting ready. I can take you to his seat" I guide them to the front of the bride's section.
I leave them to go do any last minute details they might need help with. I doubt there's anything that has fallen through the cracks. Alice has them running around with discipline that would make the roman legion call strict.

The ceremony was beautiful. Bella and Edward said their vows and kissed. Then were met by everyone congratulating their newlywed status.
