Chapter 12

As I made my way to the picnic table with Luna and her food; I put her down, put her food in her bowl and let her eat before me.

"Who were you talking to earlier?" He questioned.

"Someone you don't need to worry about?" I said reassuringly, then took a bit out of my sandwich.

"Alright, if you think so." He said backing off the subject.

Minutes later I felt my phone vibrating non-stop in my pocket again. When I went to pick it up, Andrea was calling me.

~Phone Conversation~
Andrea: Hey, Megan and I are at your place Chase is here, as well as the rest of Chelsea Grin.

Me: What? Why are you guys at my place? And what is Chase doing there?

Andrea: Well I thought it would be nice to drop by and say Hi. Instead I witness your ex boyfriend camping out at your door and a group of almost hammered guys.

Me: I'm on my way.
~End of Conversation~

I hung up the phone and started to pack everything.

"What's going on?" Alex questioned.

"Something went wrong at the apartment." I said bluntly.

"Can you grab Luna?" I asked while trying to find my keys in my bag.

"Sarah, instead of keeping me in the dark tell me what's going on." He said seriously, trying to pry information out of me.

"Honestly I don't know." I said with no emotion in my voice. When we got to my apartment I hurried up the stairs and to the door. When I got inside, I heard the guys questioning Chase.

"Get out!" I shouted at Chase. Everyone got quite. When he didn't move I grabbed his hand and lead him out the door.

"I told you specifically NOT to come here!" I said furiously.

When we were in the hallway he pinned me against the wall and kissed me. I was trying to push him off me, but he wouldn't budge.

"What the hell!?" Alex shouted angrily while walking down the hall with Luna. He pushed Chase off of me. I was still trying to process what was going on when he put Luna inside and shut the door behind him.

"Dude get off her!" He shouted while he pushed Chase off me again.

"And this is the boyfriend I assume." Chase taunted with a smile on his face. Alex was about to punch the crap out of Chase when I stepped in.

"Hey! No violence! Chase get your ass out of here, or next time I won't stop him from pounding you." I said extremely irritated and furious.

"Fine." He said calmly while walking down the hall.

"We are going to talk later." Alex said sternly and a little enraged. When we walked in the apartment I saw the guys sitting down quite on the couch.

"Where's Megan and Andrea?" I questioned.

"They left just before you guys came." Jason said not as buzzed as I thought he would be.

"I think it's time you guys leave." Alex said rubbing the back of his neck. The guy's walked out the door with the last of the beer they brought. When everyone was out of the apartment, and everything was quiet, I went to the balcony to get some air. A few minutes later Alex came and joined me.

"You wanna talk about what just happened?" He said with little anger in his voice.

"No." I said making my way to the balcony couch.

"Well we're going to anyway." He said firmly, then sat next to me.

"Who the hell was that first off?" He questioned.

"My ex." I said while I looked down fiddling with my fingers.

"Your ex." He paused. "Okay... so why didn't you fill me in on what was going on?" He asked.

"I didn't want you to worry." I admitted.

"Look, I appreciate you caring, but I need to know this kind of stuff okay." He said sounding more calm.

"Okay... I'm sorry for not telling you." I said while moving closer to him and hugging him.

"Do I have to worry about him when I'm gone?" He asked.

"Nope." I answered. There was a long pause.

"I've been wanting to ask you this for a while now, and to be honest I'm really nervous to hear your answer." He said sitting up, and faced me towards him.

"Okay, ask away." I said.

"Would you like to go on tour with me? I can't stand being away from you even though I'm just an hour away. But if I'm a country away, that's the hard part." He said looking at me with hope in his eyes. I just sat there in silence, not knowing what my answer would be.
