*Alex's POV*
I don't know what it is about her that I feel so strongly about... Maybe it's her self respect, or how she treats me like I'm any other person she's friends with, and not some HOT guy from a band... Maybe that's it. I thought, before going on stage.
"Whatever I'm feeling right now, it's going in the, performance." I said to myself knowingly. The band and I did our chant before going on stage.
"Hello Pomona, California!!!" I screamed in the microphone.
"Ready to get this party pit started!?" The crowd screamed and jumped around. The guy's started to play our new song "Playing With Fire". I looked over at the side of the stage to see if she was there.
She had this look on her face like she knew, right then and there who I really was. Hopefully she doesn't treat me any different, I thought to myself.
** After The Show**
"Dude, so are ya gonna introduce us to your mystery girl, or not?" Jaek urged.
"Ya Alex, you wouldn't shut up about her, until today." David said, following the conversation.
"You guys pack up, I'm going to see her." I said, totally rebounding their questions. I walked off the stage and went to go check the car to see if they were there. They weren't, so I texted her.
To: Sarah; Where r u? U totally disappeared after the show.
From: Sarah; I'm ok, I'm at the coffe shop where we bumped into each other. After the show my friends were hungry , then they took a cab and went home.
To: Sarah; Ok I'll meet u there. As soon as I got to the coffee shop. I saw her through the window. So, I walked straight in and into the booth she was sitting at.
"Hey you, you ok" I said concerned.
"Yeah." She said looking down, while playing with her bracelets.
"I know who you are." She said, with a straight face, like it was a bad thing.
"Oh, really?" I said, playfully trying to make her laugh.
"Yeah." she said giggling a little.
"But that's not gonna change anything." She said very straightforward.
"You know you're the first person I've met that's treated me normal, during this whole tour." I said, gratefully.
"That'd weird, you're just a normal guy, that happens to be in a well known band." She said with a half smile, half smirk on her face.
"It's great that you think that way of me." I said smiling.
"Do you wanna go meet the band?" I said, almost having a heart attack.
"Yeah, that'd be awesome." She said smiling even more, while getting out the booth.
We walked out the shop hand in hand. I guess you can say I was happy, and yet relieved that she didn't care whether I was in a band or not.
Now all she has left are the little stink bombs, I'd call my best friends, waiting back at the bus to meet her.
While we were walking to the bus, I couldn't help but admire her. She was short, about 5'1"; average sized, had long black medium length curly straight hair and tan skin. She was shy, but I knew if you got her talking and she was comfortable around you, she would do and say some crazy crap.
"So." I said, while putting my arm around her shoulder.
"What, do you think of me so far?" I questioned.
"Well." she paused. "So far I think you're an outrageously nice person and fun to be around." She said blushing, with that half smirk half smile I'm now loving.
"Great, that's a sign that I'm not a total buzz kill." I said, sarcastically while laughing. We arrived at the bus. I was so ready, to drag her out of here when Dan came out.
"There you are!!" He said, like he's been looking everywhere for me
"And you brought your girlfriend with you I see. Well bring the girl in here, so we can show her some CG love." He said. I was about ready to die of embarrassment.
I looked over at her to see her reaction. "It's ok Alex, I wanna see just how rowdy your friend are." She said curiously stepping inside the bus.
This is the begining of the end. I though.
