38. IDOL

"EONNIE!" I look around the breakfast lounge to locate the source of Minah's voice and spot her next to Iseul and the hyungs enjoying their meal around a large table. I glance over my shoulder and snort at the pouting man walking behind me.

"Good morning Minah!" She smiles at me and looks questioningly at Jimin as we sit down next to the group. 

Yoongi picks up a bagle, giggles and pokes Hobi's ribs before pointing at the sour man beside me. "Don't be so sad Jiminssi, I'm sure she'll say yes one day!" Hoseok almost spills his juice trying to hold in his laughter. My shoulders move up and down and I try desperately not to show how amusing the situation is, of course they knew...

The truth is that I know that I will probably marry Jimin one day, but not now. Not while there is so much other things going on around us. When he asked me last night, holding me tight and staring into my eyes, I almost caved. Almost.

"Don't taunt him guys!" I place my hand on Jimin's thigh and squeeze it gently. "It's not the right time, right jagi?"

His ears perk up and his cheeks turns into a beautiful shade of pink. I don't think I have called him that among others before.

"Sure... whatever you say noona." he utters bitterly but I can see a smile creeping up on his face while he keeps his head down.

We continue to eat in silence, having small talk about last nights concert and the upcoming one today. The guys must be so tired but it doesn't show. They keep going on and on about how great it felt being up on stage again after 2 years of restrictions. My heart swells when the brothers talk with so much love about their fans and how much they want to do in the future.

"Y/N-ie, did you enjoy the show last night?" Iseul snaps me out of my daze and turns towards me. "Yes, it was amazing! I loved the third unrestricted set with the medley. I have always been a sucker for Baepsae" I giggle out before my face turns stern and I switch my attention to the man with the heart shaped lips. "But I have to admit that I was a bit shocked about how much SOME of you overdo it. Hoseok, please make sure they take it easy tonight!"

"Yes mama!" He answer immediately and bows his head. Iseul wiggles her eyebrows at his confirmation and raise her glass. "Alright, so what are we doing today ladies? I say beach!" 

"YES!!!!!" Minah jumps up from her chair and also raises her glass. I look down at my belly and sigh. "Do we have to?" I frown and scrunch my nose. "Yes! you need to relax and take your mind off things, maybe even have some fun. Don't even think about saying that you look to big!"

Jimin's small hand lands on my cheek and he turns my head. "Go, have fun with the girls. We have to do the soundcheck anyway and I'll see you tonight at the stadium right?" I nod my head and smile before facing my friend. "Alright, let's go to the beach."

"Nooo, are you going to the beach without us!?" The deep voice of Taehyung vibrates through the back of my head, making his presence known. 

"Where is Jungkookie?" Jin flips his head around trying to find the youngest member. "He wanted to stay a few more minutes at the gym, he'll be here soon." The second youngest man still has wet hair when he joins us at the table and grabs a big piece of watermelon. He must have come from the gym as well.

"Yes, we are going to the beach since you guys have more important business to take care of today." Iseul sings. "So if you don't mind guys, well be leaving now. Come on ladies! let's go and soak up the beautiful Californian sun!"

I stand up and place a soft kiss on Jimin's cheek. "I'll see you tonight"
