"Oh hey," you smiled at him woozily, "came to pick me up?" Your fever seemed to have made you even more delusional than was usual.
"I'm afraid I'm not in the best state to see her right now. I'd love to take a bath first at least. Unless, of course, she'd like to join me."
Rhysand gritted his teeth, disgusted by how sweetly you sounded while talking about such monster as was Amarantha.
"Oh, she'd be quite happy to personally drown you."
'I'd be into that,' crossed your mind so quickly Rhysand almost couldn't intercept it.
