HOPE
these past few weeks have been hectic, Lizzie choosing her dress, finding a venue we both like, food and etc.
but that didn't matter because all I wanted to do is watch the love of my life walk down the isle and that is what I'm doing right now, watching my beautiful soon-to-be wife walk down the aisle, wearing an elegant white dress.
As I watched Lizzie walk down the aisle, tears started streaming down my cheeks and I couldn't help but be overwhelmed with emotion. The love I felt for this woman was so strong that it brought me to my knees, and at that moment, nothing else mattered.
She finally made it to the end of the aisle and I couldn't help but smile at her beauty. She looked so happy and I knew that this moment was the start of us building a life together.
The priest began to say his words and the ceremony went on. We said our vows to each other, pledging our lives to one another in front of all our family and friends.
Finally, it was time for us to kiss as wife and wife! The kiss was so passionate and loving, it felt like a dream. As we parted, the whole room erupted in cheers and applause.
We had finally done it! We were now married!
From that moment on, I knew that life would never be the same again. We had made a commitment to each other and no matter what happened in life we would always be with each other. We started our journey together as two individuals, but now we were one.
We celebrated long into the night, dancing and laughing with all of our loved ones. As I looked around the room, I felt so blessed to be surrounded by friends and family who had come out to share this special moment with us. It was a moment that would stay etched in my memory.
i leaned over to my now wife, "Mrs Mikaelson, will you dance with me."
She smiled, "Yes, I'd love to."
We got up and started dancing, spinning around the room like children in a fairy tale. We were so happy together and I couldn't help but think that this was just the beginning of an amazing adventure that lay ahead for us. No matter what life threw our way we would always be together, and that made me feel invincible.
As we continued dancing, the clock struck midnight. Everyone cheered as we passionately kissed, knowing that this was only the beginning of our love story. We took a moment to reflect on how far we had come and all the obstacles that were behind us now. This was just the start of an incredible journey for us both and I knew in my heart it would be amazing!
The next day, we set off on our honeymoon. We drove to the beach, watching the sun go down and admiring the breathtaking scenery around us. As we watched the waves crash against the shore, we exchanged stories of our pasts and dreams for our future together. It was a special moment that I will never forget.
We spent days exploring each other's bodies and souls, deepening our love for each other. We laughed, we cried, we shared secrets. It was an unforgettable experience that brought us closer together than ever before.
As our honeymoon drew to a close and it was time for us to return home, I knew that no matter what life had in store for us- nothing would break our bond and undying love for each other. We returned home with hearts filled with blissful joy and eyes twinkling in the knowledge that we had a beautiful future ahead of us.
We will always remember our honeymoon as one of the most magical experiences in our lives- a time where we truly became one heart, one soul. I can't wait to see what life has in store for us and I will forever be grateful to have my best friend by my side.
From then on, we kept that connection alive in our hearts and it only grew stronger with each passing day. We celebrated the good times, faced difficulties together, and supported one another through thick and thin- always remembering why we fell in love with each other from the start.
it has now been a year since we got married, and we couldn't be more happy, in love, and content with the life we created for ourselves.
Every day since our honeymoon has been filled with infinite amounts of love, laughter, and joy - everything that was missing before we got married. We continue to explore new places together and go on even more adventurous trips- becoming better versions of ourselves in the process.
We have a wonderful network of close family and friends, and even better memories that we will hold onto forever. As I look back on our life together, I am filled with immense gratitude for all the blessings we share. We are surrounded by so much love - from each other to everyone who has supported us throughout this journey.
The future ahead of us is still not clear, but after all, we are immortal.
