Moving away from home to live on campus for school meant freedom, a very scary amount of freedom. Especially living in Gotham where fear was a common emotion to carry with you.

The plan had been to just steal the schematics and build it which was not the best way to make a good first impression.
Unless the person who finds out you broke into the Wayne Enterprise a week later was Lucius Fox.
Aurelia was terribly afraid when she'd gotten home and Black SUV's were parked in her driveway
"Ama!" Aurelia shouts knowing her mom would be home and dad still at work
Running into the home Aurelia sees four security beefy looking guys and a man in an expensive unit and glasses standing before her mom.
"You must be Aurelia Rodrigo" The man with glasses states
Aurelia knew who he was. There was no way she hacked into Wayne Enterprise without doing some quick research of who works there. "Yes."
"Can we talk?" Lucius asks the young girl who worriedly glances at her mom "This only has to do with what you did"
"Todo esta bien, nomas... nomas vamos hablar afuera," Aurelia tries to strongly say without a waver in her voice but acting like an adult didn't make her one
"Aurelia que hicistes?" Mrs. Rodrigo asks only using Spanish when speaking to her daughter out in public when needed to say something privately. In this case trying to scold her daughter in front of strangers
"Te digodespues," Aurelia pleads making the mom purse her lips and nod knowing there shouldn't be a reason to make a scene
Aurelia leads Lucius outside where they sit in the miss matching chairs by a table, "Am I in trouble?"
