I STOOD SILENTLY by Aizawa while he gave the class one last lecture before sending us off to our week long internships.

"You all have your costumes, right? Remember you aren't allowed to wear them in public. Don't drop them or anything." He warns us.

"Yessir!" Mina beams, holding her briefcase above her head.

"Speak clearly! It's 'yes sir,' Ashido."

"Yes, sir..."

"Make sure you mind your manners with the heroes at your internships! Off with you, now."

I watch as they all scatter off in different directions, hugging each other so tight as if we'll be gone for a year. I initially felt disappointed that I couldn't learn under the wing of a professional, but eventually remembered that this is what I signed up for. I'm not training to become a regular hero like they are, I am to be the ideal hero that never falters, and I cannot become that by partaking in a silly internship.

"Takami. You have your own internship to go off too, right? What are you still doing standing here?" he scolds.

"Just taking in Musutafu one more time before departing. Not exactly stoked to be on a train for 6 hours." I laugh. I had no idea how I was going to fake going to Kyushu when the commissions main building is in Tokyo, which is a three hour train ride in the opposite direction.

"I have duties to attend to back at UA so admire the station for as long as you'd like." He says, walking away. "Stay safe Takami."

I exhaled in satisfaction at not having to board the incorrect train to support my lie. I was wondering who was contacting me at this time of day, because everyone had just gotten on their trains, and I felt an abrupt buzzing coming from my back pocket. Keigo? Shouldn't he be working right now? Then again, when does he actually take his jobs seriously.

"Whatchu need Kei?" I greet, standing near the edge of the station platform.

"You near Kyushu yet?" He asks in a playful tone. I scowl at his meaningless question.

"Haha. You know I'm not actually interning at your agency. Did you only call to remind me about that?"

"Just kiddin around. Figured you'd be down in the dumps about not having an internship. I bet you'll learn a ton more completing the commissions little errands anyways."

"By errands you mean cleaning up the adults jobs? Yeah, sounds entertaining."

"Hey that used to be me. Wait two more years and you'll get to do nothing all day like me. I save a couple civilians, stop a few thieves and make bank."
