Rhenee watched her brothers and uncle train with Ser Criston while sitting with her grandsire who was happily to see her.

"How is your mother princess? I have not seen her for awhile."

"Mothers is well. She's busy with babe of course. Not wanting to miss a moment before he's I and my brothers age."

"Ah, a good time watching you and my children grow up together. Do you have a interest in sparing my child?" He asked his granddaughter.

Rhenee nodded. "Of course. But I do not train with Ser Criston Cole due to his roughness and I do not think he likes training girls to be warriors." She laughed as Viserys did as well.

"Who teaches you then?"

"My father when he's not overseas but mostly Ser Harwin of course. He is kind but firm when I practice close combat."

The king smiled before taking a sip of his wine from his cup and looked over to the young prince's. Rhenee watched her brothers use heavy wooden swords again the hay enemies as practice and laugh. It seem so funny that one day she will look back and tease her brothers about to their heirs.

"Princess Rhenee," Ser Cole calls out making her look towards him. "Would you like to practice with your brothers and uncles?"

"She's a girl." Aegon says.

"And one day she will be a warrior." Ser Harwin defends. "Come Princess I'll help you balance the sword in your hand." He offers.

"May I be excused grandsire–I mean my king?"

"I like grandsire better." Viserys gave Rhenee a nod and dismissed her.

Rhenee didn't know what happened as it was all a blur and her eyes are filled with tears as Ser Harwin is packing and leaving as the events of him and Ser Cole getting into a fight in the practicing yard . She did not know what was said to anger him but she knew it involved her and her brothers.

"Please do not go! Who will watch my mother and the babe?" She grabbed his armored arm like a child. "Father please." She whispered quietly.

Ser Harwin leans down to her height and placed his hands on each shoulder giving them a gentle squeeze of reassurance. "There is no better protection than you my sweet girl. You have the power of the dragon in you and trust me child you will be a force to be reckoned with when it comes to family."

Her face flushed as more tears spilled. "Promise me you at least visit us?" She mumbled.

"Of course child...my child." He placed a sweet kiss on her temple and fixed her half braided hair leaving the sliver piece out laid on her shoulder. "Never be afraid to show your true self princess even in the darkest times your hair and eye will be the ones to lead your people out of the dark."

"Cause I am a dragon."

"Yes you are a dragon." He pats her head. "Here I had this dagger made for you princess, to protect yourself from anyone who becomes between you , your mother and brothers."

The dark dagger was heavy as it was sharp to the point. The handle had a carved dragon with its flames reaching half the blade. Rhenee smiled as she twisted and turned it around in her hand getting a good grip. She smiled as she was never any good with swords like her brothers but a dagger was more her specialty especially when fighting close combat with Jace.

She knew this was no parting gift from him to her it was more of a silent affection from him as he could not say the words himself. "I love you too father." She whispered and throws her small arms around his shoulder as he rested his hands on her head and other upper back.
