Charlie: Yeah, he was your favorite childhood companion.
Emily: I don't know why, but lately, he gives me the creeps.
(Scene: As Emily sets the bear aside, its eyes glow red. Thomas, the ghostly presence within the bear, emerges.)

Emily: (startled) Who's there? Is anyone there?
Thomas: Don't you recognize me, Emily? It's Thomas, your long-forgotten friend.
(Scene: Emily's mother, Margaret, enters the room.)
Margaret: Emily, who are you talking to?
Emily: (nervously) Mom, I... I thought I heard something.
Margaret: Emily, it's time to let go of those childish fantasies.
(Scene: Later that night, Emily is in bed, staring at the teddy bear. Suddenly, it starts glowing and floating in the air. Emily gasps.)
Emily: (whispering) What is happening?
Thomas: (whispering) Emily, it's time for us to play again.
(Scene: Emily rushes to Charlie's house the next morning to seek help.)
Charlie: Emily, you look terrified! What's wrong?
Emily: Charlie, Mr. Cuddles... he's haunting me!
Charlie: Haunting you? That's impossible!
Emily: (panicking) It's true! He moves on his own and talks to me!
(Scene: Charlie and Emily decide to seek the help of Mr. Peterson, a paranormal investigator.)
Mr. Peterson: Emily, let's investigate the presence haunting you.
(The trio returns to Emily's house with ghost-hunting equipment.)
(Scene: Emily, Charlie, and Mr. Peterson gather around the teddy bear, preparing to communicate with Thomas.)
Emily: Thomas, if it's really you, give us a sign.
Thomas: (voice echoing) Emily...
(Scene: Suddenly, the room grows freezing cold and objects start levitating.)
Emily: (terrified) Make it stop!
Mr. Peterson: We must find a way to break the curse. Thomas, what do you want?
Thomas: I want revenge!
(Scene: The group discovers a hidden journal left by an old friend.)
Emily: (reading the journal) According to this journal, Thomas died tragically and blamed me for it. He wants revenge!
Charlie: We have to find a way to appease him. Apologize for whatever happened.
(Scene: Emily apologizes to Thomas, pleading for the haunting to end.)
Emily: Thomas, I am so sorry for whatever I did. Please, forgive me. Let us move on.
(Thomas's ghostly presence fades away, and the room returns to normal.)
(Scene: A week later, Emily and Charlie sit in Emily's room, eyeing the now harmless teddy bear.)
Charlie: It's finally over, Em. No more hauntings.
Emily: I'm just glad Thomas found peace. We should remember to let go of our past.
(They share a smile, realizing the importance of moving on.)
Curtain falls.
