🩵Reading Romance- 10th Doctor

I sit down reading my book in the nice silence.
"What you reading?" The doctor asks.
"Just a romance book," I answer as i continue to read.
"Romance? Why would you we reading that?" The doctor questioned.

"Because its cute and its nice to imagine a relationship I want and all that," I continue reading not really thinking about my answer.
"Can I ask whos the lucky person you think about?" I see the doctor grin.
I realise what I said so quickly respond, "Nobody in particular."

"Oh come on. You must have someone," The doctor points out.
"Well... maybe its private," I raise my eyebrows.
"Oh come on," He smiles, "Tell me."
I look down and blush, hoping he doesn't see.
"Well, go on. Tell me. Who's the lucky fella or gal?" The doctor pushed for answers.

"I have to do some chores," I try to avoid the subject and start to walk to my room.
"Hey! Come back here! You're not getting off that easily!" He chases after me, grabs my wrist and pulls me back towards him.
"Why wont you tell me. I want to know who this mysterious person is," The doctor pestered and I laughed, "Come on I dont bite. Who is it?"

He holds me me smirkes, "Just tell me."
"Are you sure you want to know?" I joke.
"Yes. Yes. Come on. I have to," He nodded all giddy.
"I always forget how giddy you can be," I laugh.
"Come on," He begged, "Tell me."

I took my index finger and put it on his chest, poking him.
"Well if your trying to tell me you like me, I already know," He laughs with a smirk.
"You already knew?!" I look at him shocked.
The doctor nods, "Oh come on I'm not blind."
"How long have you known?" I asked.
"Ages. It was so obvious," He told me.

"Then why were you asking who I liked," I laughed, "Confirmation?"
"I just wanted to see if you would tell me. I didnt think you would," He shrugged.
"Sorry but the lucky fella right here wouldnt stop pestering me," I poked him a few times.

The doctor wraps his arms round my waist holding me close, "Oh, please forgive me for being a little curious. I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me."
"God I could kiss you right now," I laugh but then slap my hand over my face realising what i said.
The doctor removed my hand from my face and whispered, "Say that again. I dare you."
"God I could kiss you right now," I obeyed.

"Well.. you could," He smiles and chuckles, "And if you can then why aren't you?"
I hold onto both sides of his head and kiss him and he kisses me back.
"I could kiss you for years," The doctor grins when we pull away from the kiss.
"I didnt ever think you would like me back," I admitted.

"Why? Why wouldnt I like you back? You're sweet, funny, you're beautiful. You're perfect," The doctor admitted.
"Nobody's ever called me perfect before," I look down.
The doctor runs his fingers through my hair, "You are perfect."
I kiss him again and he kisses me back with even more passion.
