Taylor held the small box in her hands.
She was stunned. Her and Tom had only been together a few months.

Taylor had called Dylan to tell her what she had found,

"Please don't say yes, I can just about bare you being with him, please don't marry him,"

Dylan's voice echoed in Taylor's mind. Taylor didn't want to say yes. Even if she hadn't have called Dylan, she wasn't going to say yes anyway.

Today was the day she told Tom the truth.

Taylor paced around Tom's bedroom as she heard him get out of the shower,

She took a deep breath as he entered the room,

"Everything okay?" Tom asked concerned

Taylor didn't reply, she just held the box in her hand so he could see it,

"Oh, you weren't supposed to see that," Tom said nervously

"No," Taylor said

"What?"

"I can't marry you Tom," Taylor replied with a sad smile

"Oh,"

"I'm sorry,"

"Everyone told me I was going to fast, I'm sorry," Tom apologised

"Tom I'm really sorry, you deserve someone who can give you what you want and I'm not that someone." Taylor started, "I just don't know what I want,"

"Oh love, don't be silly, I know what you want," Tom smiled

"What?"

"I'm not that stupid Taylor, I know you love her," Tom sighed, "You just, you should've told me sooner,"

"I'm sorry," Taylor said engulfing Tom in a hug

"It's okay," Tom replied returning the hug

"Now go get her," Tom smiled

"What?"

"Go and get your girl, I'm sure she's waiting for you,"

Taylor smiled at the man,

"I'm sorry I couldn't have been better," Taylor apologised

"It was great while it lasted love,"

"Goodbye Tom,"

"Take care Taylor,"

Taylor had never felt more relieved in her life. She grabbed all of the stuff she had in Tom's house and got Greg to bring her to Dylan's house as fast as possible, the poor man has never drove as fast in his life.

Once Taylor had arrived at Dylan's, she rapidly knocked on the door but was surprised when she didn't get an answer.

Taylor took out her phone and called Dylan's phone, the number went straight to voicemail. Taylor knocked the door one last time, not expecting it to open, but when it did. Taylor felt like she got punched in the gut.

There stood Mia Garret with a sly smirk on her face,

"Oh, Taylor, Hi," Mia greeted

"Is Dylan here? I tried to call her but she didn't pick up,"

"Oh, she's in the shower, I can leave a message for when she gets ou—

"—Oh well she kinda said I could stay here," Taylor interrupted

"Oh did she now, she didn't mention that to me,"

"Yeah well, she said I could, so can I come in?" Taylor sassed
