Belle stood by reception with Meredith. It had been three months since the plane crash and it was something belle was lucky to live through. Belle looked to Meredith and chuckled
"What" Meredith asked
"Bright the intimidation. You reminded me of my mom that's all" belle said as Meredith smiled
"That's what I need being told I remind you of my husbands ex wife" Meredith said as belle smiled
"Talking of how is derek and his arm"
"He's good. He's still having struggles but he will okay" Meredith said as belle smiled
"How's bree?" Meredith asked as belle sighed
"She's okay, I mean we all nearly died out there and then she lost a baby that she didn't know that she was having but she's okay. She has mark and Mia"
"Yeah. Well your the one who almost died after Lexie of course" Meredith said as belle smiled
She knew how Meredith missed Lexie. Belle knew how she wasn't Lexie biggest fan but being out there with Lexie and watching her die. She still had the dreams. She still had the fear that she was going to die
Belle glanced down the hall and looked to see Jackson as he stood down the hallway. The two of them held a look. Belle knew that it was awkward with the two of them. It had been 30 days.
Life was meant to be back to normal but belle didn't know just didn't know what normal consisted of

Belle stood looking at her intern and sighed "are you an idiot?" Belle asked
"No."
"Good then you can tell me what this labs say to a small maybe. You should of got me sooner. Schedule the surgery before your the one who needs it" she yelled as her intern ran off
Bree stood behind and laughed "hey your back" belle said as she looked to bree as she stood with mark
"Hey Mia" belle said as she pulled Mia out of his arms had hugged her and smiled
"Living up to your nickname I see" mark said as belle looked to her and frowned
"I have a nickname"
"Don't ask me I saved your life remember" mark said
"Bree?" Belle said as bree sighed
"They call you the wicked witch" bree said
"I..."
"Trust me you want to have a nickname fake it from mcsteamy. Daughter of satan is also one" mark said
"Really that's what derek use to call my mom and I don't think it's to do with her" belle said as mark walked off
Belle looked to bree and sighed "how are you"
"I lost a baby. I'm coping but it's hard" bree said as belle smiled
"I thought they you were going to see your mom"
"I can't...I can't fly" belle said
