Belle walked through the ER with Jackson as she glanced to Owen "do you think he is okay?" Belle asked

"I am sure he is okay" he said

"His wife left and moved half way across the word how is one okay with that" she said as he sighed

"Ex wife" he said as Belle rolled her eyes as she looked to him

"And that makes sense? I mean if we got divorced and I moved away would you be okay" she said as Jackson looked to her

"What you think I am going to let you divorce me? After I always watched you marry another man" he said as Belle looked to him and pulled a face

"Yeah let's not mention him. Too think I could of married that scum but here I am as your wife and having your baby" she said as Jackson looked to her and smiled

"Hmm my wife and no one else's. I know that you worry over people but I am sure that everything will be okay" he said as he brushed her hair out of her face as she looked to him and smiled

Owen walked by "Excuse me, out of the way, please. Patient downstairs. We need more hands! Let's move!" He said as Belle sighed as she walked off to see where she could help

Arizona, Callie, bell and Owen race out and see a car with the gurney sticking out of its roof.

" Over here. Help. Help. Oh my God. Help us. Help us. "

"Somebody, please! Oh, my God! Somebody, anyone! Help! Please! Someone, help! Somebody, please! "

" On three. One, two, three" owen said

Back in the parking lot, Arizona, Callie, Belle and Owen try to open the car doors, but they're jammed shut.

" Help us! "

"Just hang in there. We're gonna get you out of there. " Belle said

"This door's jammed! " arizona said

"This one too. " owen said

" It really hurts. Is that normal? Monica: Nothing about this is normal"

"Dave, is that you? I think that's Dave Oldroyd in there. " callie said

"What, you know him? "

"Yeah. Yeah, yeah. Stage 2 Osteosarcoma patient. He's due for his next round of chemo in like an hour. Dave, what are you doing in there? Are you all right? "

"My head hurts when I move it. "

"Don't move your head! " they all said

" All right, just hang in there, Dave. "

"Let me get a closer look. " callie said

Callie leans in through the back window to get a closer look and sees that they're pantsless and straddling each other.
