Chapter Ten: Meeting fans and Filip's confession

Alexis's POV
I smiled as a young girl came into the room, a huge smile on her face.
"Hi, can I get a picture with you?" She asked shyly. "Sure you can sweetie" I replied smiling. I took a picture with the little girl and gave the phone back to her. "Thank you Alexis. You're really pretty" She said smiling. "Aww thank you" I said ruffling her dark brown curls. The little girl walked over to Shea and got a picture with him.
After she left, three girls clad in very short blue shorts, shirts that were so see through, their bras were showing and extremely high heels.
They also had bright blue hair.
And extremely long fake nails that looked so fragile, I could just snap them off. The girls looked about nineteen or twenty probably in college. "Hi, I'm Jenny and these are my two friends Jennifer and Joni" The tallest one said. Shea and Filip just gave them small smiles as they rushed over to get a picture with them.
"Oh um, random girl over there, can you take the picture with my phone?"
One of them asked. And she has a very high pitched voice too! Another reason I don't like her. How dare she call me a random girl! Oh if I could just rip her hair out!
Calm down Alexis, be nice.
"Ok, I'll be happy to" I said walking over and taking the phone from her.
"Say cheese" I said fake cheerfully.
I tried not to cringe as they placed their hands on their chests, flashing a way too perky smile.
When they got their picture and were about to leave, they actually slapped Filip's butt! Like WTF?!!! Are they actually messed up in the head???
Oh wait.... They are!
They winked and left the room.
"I feel so violated" Filip said shuddering. I laughed and gently hit his shoulder. "I can't believe that they thought they had a chance" Shea said with an amused smile on his face.

(Later)

Filip's POV
My palms were sweating like crazy.
I could feel my heart beat get faster, as if it could just come out of my chest. My hands were shaking and I had a bead of sweat running down the side of my face. I quickly wiped it off with the back of my hand. Ok Filip, you can do this. Just come right out and say it. Straight to the point. Don't mess this up Forsberg. If she rejects you, just move on. You can do this, I thought as I knocked on Alexis's hotel room door. Alexis opened the door and smiled when she saw me. "Oh hey Fil, come on in" She said kindly.
Oh my gosh, that smile is so amazing.
Now is not the time!
Don't do it. It'll only end badly.
I shook those thoughts away, not wanting to remember them.
I stepped inside and sat down on her bed. She sat down next to me and asked" So, what's up?"
Well, here goes nothing.
"The reason why I've been acting weird these past couple days is because I've been trying to figure out my feelings for you. At first, I thought that you and Roman were dating. You two were always sneaking off together, making me kinda jealous and upset. I've been crushing on you ever since we met. And if you don't feel the s-" I said but got cut off by a soft pair of lips on mine. I kissed Alexis back, grabbing her by the waist and pulling her closer to me. Alexis wrapped her arms around my neck and tilted her head a little bit. Then, she buried one of her hands in my hair gently tugging on the strands.
I let out a soft groan, making Alexis smile through the kiss. Our lips attacked each other hungrily, as if we haven't seen each other in a while.
I have never been kissed like this ever.
This is the best one I've ever had.
We broke apart minutes later, breathless. "Wow" was all Alexis could say. "So, where does this leave us?" I asked. "I don't know" Alexis replied.
"Well, we did just eat others faces off earlier so I guess that means that..." I said trailing off. "I have to ask you to be my girlfriend" I said smiling.
Alexis blushed. "Will you be my girlfriend?" I asked. "Sure, I'd love to" Alexis replied planting a quick kiss on my cheek. "Are we going to tell the rest of the team we're dating?" Alexis asked while grabbing my hand and lacing our fingers together.
"Yeah, let's do that right now" I said.
When Alexis turned the doorknob and opened the door, Shea and James fell flat on their faces. "I can't believe you two were eavesdropping!" Alexis exclaimed as a light shade of red appeared on her cheeks.
"You two finally got together. Honestly, I thought you two would never date" James said chuckling.
Alexis rolled her eyes and helped Shea and him up. "Never do that again" Alexis said as we walked out of the room, with James and Shea following.
I'm finally with Alexis!!
I'm so happy!

A/N: So Filip and Alexis are finally together:) But there is going to be some drama. No, it will not be something that will cause them to break up or anything. Let's just say that there is someone on the team who doesn't approve of their relationship.......
