3 weeks later

She slowly, slowly opened her brown orbs, only to find herself surrounded by people. She was in a hospital; for the past month, she had been struggling to recover.

Her head was aching badly, yet she was doing her best to cooperate with the painful situation.

She gradually improved, better than before. Every day, Taehyung came to visit her, even though she never responded to him. Her bruises and marks had healed; she was finally beginning to resemble a human again. Three days had passed since her recovery, and she was still resting in the hospital bed. Today was the day she would be discharged.

Having escaped from those monstrous brothers, she was finally experiencing life again after a long time. Yoongi and her sister visited her daily until she fully recovered. She was finally able to breathe freely.

With the door opening slowly, she caught sight of Jimin. His eyes were heavy with the weight of guilt, a sight she had never witnessed before. It took her aback. He entered holding a bouquet of roses, carefully placing them on the small table beside her. The room seemed to hold a mix of emotions, marking a turning point in their relationship.

"Hello, Y/n. How are you now?" He finally spoke, but there was no response. He looked at her with a mixture of guilt and shame, his words hanging in the air.

Y/n turned her face away, avoiding his gaze. Her hands clenched in a mix of frustration and anger.

"Get out of here! I don't want to hear any more nonsense from your mouth. Your boss must have sent you for another round of drama," she retorted, her voice edged with resentment.

Jimin stood there, facing her, and let out a heavy sigh.

"How can he send me when he himself is almost half dead? I know you don't want to hear anything, but let me just speak once, Y/n. Just once," he implored, his voice carrying a hint of desperation.

She looked at him, her expression shifting to one of shock, her thoughts filled with concern about what might have happened to Jungkook.

"What do you mean? Hasn't he recovered yet? And are you causing more trouble? If that's the case, I won't let you get away with it this time!" She spoke in a fiercely determined tone. The ordeal she had endured had made her stronger, and she was determined not to let herself be vulnerable again.

"I know, Y/n. I've made a lot of mistakes when it comes to you. If I hadn't kidnapped you back then, you wouldn't have had to face these consequences," he admitted with a heavy sigh, his regret evident in his words.

Jimin said as he approached her bedside, his eyes red and puffy. The weight of guilt was apparent in his demeanor, but the reasons behind it remained unclear. Her mind was flooded with questions, each one clamoring for an answer.

"I can't believe even the doctors allowed you in. Please, I can't handle any more drama, Jimin. Just say what you have to say and then leave," she implored, her eyes starting to redden. The weight of her emotions was becoming almost overwhelming. She had already endured so much; her survival was indeed a miracle in itself.

"Jungkook, he's not okay anymore. He's almost at the brink of becoming a mental patient. It's true he was incredibly cruel to you, but during that incident when he helped you, he was shot. He risked his life to save you. You must remember that. And his life has never been easy, Y/n. You changed him. Now he's consumed by his feelings for you. What he did was unforgivable, but in recent days, he's been full of regret and pain. The obsession he has for you is beyond reason." Jimin's voice wavered as he spoke, tears welling up in his eyes. It was clear why he had been such a close friend and ally to Jungkook. Y/n was left in shock after hearing all of this; the revelation about Jungkook was truly astonishing.
