The sun blazing hot rays over the dark bushy mangrove forest of Sundarbon. The hushy sound of wind and birds chirping can be heard. The air is filled with the smell of fish and the sandy smell of the river. In the middle of the forest, a few metres from the river resides in a huge red house.
Machal, the head of the whole region of Sundarban, loved by all the communities, who thinks he is a tiger seated on a charpoy while smoking tobacco. Two men standing beside him like a robot.
( Sundarban is a mangrove forest in West Bengal, Bharat/India.) ( Charpoy is a bed used especially in India consisting of a frame strung with tapes or light rope.)
"Dada?" A man who might be in his late 20s entered the courtyard, he was wearing a tore dirty vest with a half pant covered with mud. He was dragging a girl with him.
(Brother)
Machal opened his eyes and his eyes fell on the girl. She looks like she is a teenager, her long dirty, tangled yet soft hair fell on her round face, her soft lips pale just like her dull face. Machal gulped as his eyes shudder in weakness.
"Akdom taja mal dada, tomar jonno dhore niye eichi..." The young man said and smiled sheepishly at Machal revealing his rotten red tooth, which shows his addiction towards local tobacco.
("Brother, I have caught the fresh stuff just for you...")
"Tai to deksi re Pintu... " Machal replied with a sly smirk while observing the girl in front of him.
(That's what I am seeing, Pintu)
"Ta tomar naam ki mamuni?" Machal asked the young girl.
(So... What's your name, babygirl?)
The young girl looked nervous and stuttered,"P-Pakhi"
(Idk how much it will be relevant but Pakhi, her name, means bird)
"Oho... Bhoy pas na... Ami toke kichu korbo na... Ador chhara..." He cooed.
(Oho, don't be scared, I will not do anything to you... except caressing...)
"What's your age?" He asked.
"Choddo" the girl replied.
(14)
"Aha... Boyfriend achey?" He asked.
(Do you have a boyfriend?)
"Na" she replied.
"Ever had one?"
"Never."
"Perfect" he whispered and looked at the guy,"Take her to my room. Tonight I will sleep with her." He commanded and continued smoking, while closing his eyes in peace.
The peace soon got interrupted with the presence of another intruder, a young men with thick groomed beard and a million dollar smile. Seeing the lovely young man, Machal's heart started dancing and a smirk appeared in his face.
"Aakash..." He whispered.
"Machal bhai..." He addressed. (Bhai means brother)
"Ki khobor niye ele?" Machal asked.
(What news did you bring?)
"Something you will love." He said and sat beside him, hearing this Machal's excitement reached the sky.
"Shunlam amar sottur naki biye korese?"he asked.
(I heard that my enemy got married, is it true?)
"You heard right, he got married to Minakshi, who is also the princess of Shivaay Kul. And guess what I found from the external forces?" Aakash asked.
"What?"
A smirk appeared in Aakash's face,"Minakshi is the key to his power, when she lose her feelings and attachment from him he will lose all his telekinetic powers."
"Wow that's a great news but how can we use her-" before Machal can continue he got interrupted,"Not her we are going to use him. He already dislikes his wife, and I am trying my best to separate the two. It will not take much time when his wife will be gone from his life living him all weak!"
"Oho! Ki anondo dile Tumi amay aj! Aha ki chao bolo aj ja chaibe tai tomar!" Machal rejoiced.
(Oho you made me so happy! Tell me what do you want? I will grant you any wishes today!)
"Thank you, but I don't need any now. After we defeat him and grasp his Kingdom in our palm. I just want two things from you." Aakash said.
"What?"
"Your Sundarban and his wife." He smirked.
"Okay, it's a deal then!"
"It's a deal."
"By the way a 14 year old is waiting for me in my room. Do you want her? I can give her to you if you want...." Machal proposed, dead serious looking at Aakash's intense gaze, in return Aakash just stood up and went inside the house not before commanding,"Send her to my room."
M O H I N I
Today we visited the office of Laxmi kul and it was astonishingly beautiful. I had a personal cabin to take care of business, Shreedhar would often come with me in office, sit beside me and listen to classical bharatiya songs on his headphones, I would immerse myself in work and often glaze at him. How he is always busy in his own world, somehow he grew adjusting on this blindness, he is more happy nowadays.
"Sorry, to interrupt." I looked at the door where the voice came from, a girl in her twenties standing there.
"Parvathi..." Shreedhar spoke up.
"How are you, Anna?" She asked him.
"Good." He replied, she nodded and focused her gaze upon me.
"We have some problem regarding the gold sellings in parts of Vanga and Radhika Akka told me to go and talk about it with you and Anna."
"What problem?'' I asked.
"There's no specific reason, the crown Prince of Durga doesn't want to sign the deal. He is not convinced yet. But we really need the deal otherwise there will no profitable sales from other kingdoms." Parvati who is also the assistant of Radhika replied.
"Why he doesn't want to?" I asked.
"He is not convinced yet-" Shreedhar interrupted her,"he doesn't find the deal to be that interesting as he was already importing gold from other places, and he always says that he will talk about it to the gold Smiths for better understanding, but he never does."
"Wow... That's upsetting..." I replied.
Shreedhar again came back to his authoritative personality and replied with a serious tone,"Don't worry about it, after I get my eye sight back I will talk about this matter with him and persuade him."
"We don't have much time to deal with this problem...." Parvati announced.
A deep silence emerged in the room as we think about this matter.... I think it's time that I take matters into my own hand. I know I can convince Trishul. I have to go to Kolkata! I hope Shreedhar will be okay with it.
(Kolkata is the capital of Durga Kul)
"I will go to Kolkata and talk about this matter with him."
