The three individuals were locked in the gigantic office as questions and answers were being thrown back and forth. Somehow the interview went smoothly. Better than she had expected. First, the man answered truthfully in her defense. Secondly, he was not intimidated by the fact that she was in the CEO of the company.

The last thing she needs is for a grown man to throw meaningless tantrums at her because she was the executive of the department. With all that Kimberly was pleased to know that she will not be having that problem with this man so in her defense the candidate might be perfect for the job.

"Anything else I should know about you?" Kimberly asked, the future employee of the Austin Inc.

The man appeared startled by her sudden question. Then finally replied with an unexpected answer.

He eyed the two individuals, seriously. "Well, I am 2% milk."

Both Kimberly and her assistant Jacob choked on the imaginary saliva that instantly caught in their throats.

"He's hilarious," Jacob added as he tried to recover from drinking every drop of what remained in his water bottle.

Kimberly was still attempting to recoup from the bizarre sense of humor of the man but she completely failed. After he had done so well in the interview. Why chooses to end the interview by uttering complete nonsense?

Kimberly began to laugh, hysterically. Her laughter grows louder and louder as her assistant glimpsed at her as he awkwardly laughed along with her.

She did not know what caused her to laugh, especially during a situation as this but it has been years since she had laughed freely. The old Kimberly would've not given him the job after making such comments, however, she got a real laugh out of it. A good one which it shocked her because no one in the company has anyone ever made her laugh. The man had more influence on her than she thought.

She stood up and shook the man's strong hand. "... well, you're hired."

"Indeed, I am hired." He shakes her petite hands back and added a firm squeeze to it.

She immediately jumped and wonder, did she make a mistake to offer him the job?!

You're the boss, remember.

You do not have time for romance.

Kimberly removes her hand from his, quickly. "My assistant will fill you with all the details for your training, alright. " She informed as she straightened her outfit.

He nodded, "Thank you and I look forward to working with you." as he took one last glance at her and then he departed.

Kimberly felt as if she was now being able to breathe. With the guy being out of her sight. He made her feel... strange. An odd emotion blossom inside of her for the man she barely. And he will be working for her. Kimberly prays that she will not let him get the best of her.

"Alright," she flipped through her documents. "On to the next task."

He stood up when he senses that he has returned."... How did it go, sir...? I mean, sir Troy."

"You don't have to be so formal, Brett. And It went well, I got the job." Troy replied as he got in the car. As they raced off through the road. Later on, they met with the real estate agent that will aid to rent the condos and then purchase another additional car in total, of now having two vehicles, including with the brand new one they have for them to drive whenever they wanted. Once it was all sorted.

The two gentlemen settled in their two separate condos. After they arranged their new place. Troy grew bored. He craved to be amused. The silence in his new home was a total buzzkill. He needed a companion to chat with. Then Troy recalled his meeting with the beautiful woman that he will be working with soon.
