We were woken up by alarms going off stating that there is a kaiju named Insurrector in L.A. and Striker Eureka was being deployed. They took for a few hours and were back before night fall with another win. We celebrated and Jason came running in asking to talk to Chuck and I found it sketchy but I went with it. 20 minutes later, Chuck came in acting weird like he was nervous and Herc was on the verge of laughter. I glared a the both of them as Chuck went up the front of the room and asked for everyone's attention. "As you all know, I've fallen in love with this beautiful soul here" and he motioned for me to come up to him "and I don't want to waste another minute with the world we live in without saying this." I looked at him weird and he dropped to one knee making me gasp and put my hand to my mouth as I stared at him I felt tears coming on "I want to spend my life you Brooklyn Nikole Becket, so will you do me the honor of being my wife and keeping my ass in check forever?" I could only nod my head as he attacked me in a kiss and slipped the ring on my finger as I kept kissing him. "You just made me the luckiest and happiest man in the universe" he told me and we went to our room to celebrate.

Striker has been busy this summer with Kaiju runs. They've been going ever 20 days or so it seems like, leaving me with the dirty work of planning the wedding. It's tomorrow and I'm a nervous wreck.
