it was hard to cope up with everything. haechan has been very quiet since and even though we share sentiments together so i can comfort him emotionally, i know it's not enough.

no one can actually make him feel better but himself.

❝i'm so worried about my baby bear...❞ johnny says worriedly while rubbing his nape.

with his deep and dark eyes, loss of massive weight after his dad's death, and the continuous ‘i wish dad's still here’, i can say he's not growing better either. most of us have moved on with our lives already and we're really trying to get the hang of it, but he's really not able to do the same just yet.

❝i know he's been so down lately. i've been talking to him about things but he's really not well.❞ ten sighed.

good for johnny because ten, who seems to have liked johnny romantically now, is always there for him. i guess that's where it all started, the loss of johnny's dad.

jeno chimed in. ❝he's gonna get better in time.❞

❝we really hope so.❞ johnny replied to him. then he passes a question to me. ❝has he ever told you about anything? like a thing that he most likely won't tell anyone else?❞

i shake my head. ❝not ever. we just talk casually but i think it's just... simply talking.❞

❝oh i hate this...❞ johnny groaned. ❝what can we do to make him feel better?❞

❝he likes cooking and going to the market. we should take him out.❞ ten smiled at us.

i think that's a great idea. but johnny says no.

❝after what happened to dad, i can't let him be around this place.❞

jeno snapped his fingers. ❝is there any place he won't be noticed and known?❞

❝that would be outside of the country.❞ johnny scoffed. ❝but that's still not so safe.❞

i twitch my lips as i was about to tell them a thing haechan told me about himself. ❝he said he wanted to go to paris.❞

ten nodded and smiled, ❝i know! it's his dream country.❞

❝then take him there!❞

❝that would be—❞

❝hyung, it'll make him feel better. it'll help, i swear.❞ i argue with him kindly.

❝he has to be taken care of all the time. every single minute.❞

❝you can come.❞ i answer.

this is when his eyes looked disappointed. ❝i still have so many things to do. dad left me with a lot of papers to work on.❞ he smiled sadly.

it breaks my heart to hear that but at the same time i feel happy for haechan. one good country that he can escape to.

❝who's gonna be with him?❞ jeno asked.

johnny pointed me then he turned to ten, ❝do you wanna come with them?❞

❝i'll stay with you for now. mark can take care of haechan well.❞ ten tapped johnny's back softly. ❝i know you still need someone to lean on.❞

jeno cringed and rolled his eyes at ten but for me, that's sweet. i guess haechan also learned the same because i do feel that he's a person i can lean on whenever we're together and even if we're not.

that's why i'm this eager to help him heal because he doesn't deserve the pain, really.

❝we don't have to be alone together.❞ i said. ❝i can bring few gals with us for extra safety, if that works best for you.❞
