[Trans. Int. Second lair TV room]
April: And then I saw that picture and I brought him here.
(The man awakens in the TV room bound to a chair.)
???: Sensei?
[Leo yelps as the others take notice.]
???: It's you! It's all of you. Together! I never thought I'd see you again! I'm so happy I could hug you!
(The man falls forward. Casey picks him up as a projector falls from the ceiling and turns on.)
Leonardo: Who are you, and why do you have a picture of us?
Leo: Yeah, who took this? 'Cause I look great.
Mikey: What's your favorite pizza?
Michelangelo: 'Cause I'm ordering right now.
Donnie: And why are you wearing Genius Built apparel?
Donatello: That's trademarked!
(Donnie accidentally activates the man's grappling cable and it zips through the room. It attaches to the TV room ceiling, pulling him upside down.)
Casey: Grappling hook!
Raph: What's going on?
Mikey: He's trying to escape!
April O'Neil: Want me to knock him out again?
Raphael: Let me.
Michelangelo: D? Donnie! Speak to me brother!
April: Oh, okay.
???: W-WAIT! STOP! I'm a friend! Let me explain.
[Everyone stops and stared at the man, hanging upside down.]
Casey II: Let's start over. My name is Casey.
Casey: Casey? As in...Casey Jones?
Casey Jr: Exactly! And the reason I have this photo and your tech is because you gave it to me.
Donatello: I think I'd know if I gave my tech to someone. Especially Casey.
Casey: Hey!
Casey Jr: You did! But not yet because I'm from... the future!
[For a moment, everyone laughed.]
Casey Jr: [sternly] This isn't a joke.
(Donnie spins Casey and severs his grappling line with his Spider Shell and sets him back on the floor.)
Donnie: Oh, please, if time travel is possible, Future Donnie would have come back and already given me all the lottery numbers like we planned.
Casey Jr: It's true! I need you to believe me. Humanity depends on it. In the future, an alien race decimated the planet. We were hunted. We lived in caves. We ate leaves and rats. No offense.
Master Splinter: None taken.
Splinter: We are delicious.
Casey Jr: I know how this sounds, but Master Leonardo gave me a mission.
Leo: [smiling smugly] I do like how he calls me Master.
Casey: [hopefully] Of course I do. You're the greatest ninja the world has ever seen. You told me to find the Key and stop the Kraang.
Raphael: Puh-lease. I've fought microwave burritos stronger than the Kraang.
The 12 boys (and April) laugh, the Rise boys look confused. Splinter turns off the monitor.
Mikey: Dad?
Splinter: The Kraang? I have heard that name. Powerful, barbaric, creatures worshiped by the Foot Clan.
Master Splinter: Legend says they came from the stars.
In a memory, the story of the Kraang in Japan began a long time ago.
Master Splinter: Ruthless, unmerciful with one desire: to enslave our world like so many before us. All seemed lost, until great mystic warriors forged a mighty weapon.
Splinter: A key that was used to lock them in a prison dimension beyond this realm. Over the centuries, the Mystic Key remained hidden to protect humankind and prevent the return of the Kraang.
Leo: So...
April: Future Casey is really from the future?
Mikey: Mind...[mimics explosion]
Casey Jr.: Someone finds the Key! Today! They steal it and use it to open a doorway and free the Krang! That's why I came back, to find it first. Master Leonardo drew a picture on the back of that photo. So, to stop the Krang, all we have to do is find the Key before it's stolen.
Leonardo looks at the photograph and Future Leo's drawing of the Key as he turns the photo back to reveal the artwork of the canister.
Leonardo: That was the key?! Leo...
He glares at a sweating Leo, who avoids her gazes.
Casey Jr: What?
Leo: [anxious] Yeah, um, did future, handsome, amazing me tell you what to do in case that already happened? 'Cause that already happened.
Annoyed, Splinter flicks a piece of popcorn on Leo.
Casey: [horrified] Oh, no, we're too late!
Raph: No, we're not. 'Cause we know who has the Key: the Foot Clan.
Raphael: Okay, team, we gotta find them before they use it.
Leonardo: And this time, we do it together.
[Soon they began to leave with Leo mimicking under his breath. But as they leave, Casey Jr was still tied in the chair.]
Casey: Uh, can someone untie me now?
[He tries to move but falls down.]
Casey: Right. Sorry other me.
Should I add kraang bots or just the 3 rise kraang?
