Once izuku and kaminari got to a small store, izuku got a call from shigaraki, so he told kaminari to head in, and to let him know if he needs any help
Izuku then answered his phone, leaning against the wall as he did so, "hey shigaraki" he said, seeing kaminari walk over to a random aisle
"hey, is everything ok? You texted saying something happened with kaminari, is he alright?" Shigaraki asked, making izuku look down, debating if he should tell shigaraki what he knows, "Um- yeah, I can't tell say the details nor do I know most of the details, but just. . . Don't tell shinso anything, kaminari doesn't want shinso to hate him"
Izuku heard a long pause before hearing shigaraki reply, "alright, I got shinso running a bunch of errands so it should be fine"
As shigaraki finished, izuku thought back to his 'favor'
". . .hey shigaraki?"
"Yeah? What is it?"
"If-. . . If I go-. . . If I were to go missing. . . What would you do?"
". . . Izu-"
*CRASH*
izuku looked up, seeing broken glass coming from the aisle he saw kaminari going into, "sorry shigaraki but I gotta call you back!" Izuki said as he hung up and ran to the aisle
Kaminari was slumped on the floor, trying to catch his breath, but before izuku tended to kaminari, he caught a glimpse at a hooded figure, running the opposite way from the two
". . . Kaminari, what happened?" Izuku asked, kneeling in front of kaminari
"uh- i- it was the only thing I could think of- knocking over a jar so he would let go- h-he was hurting me- and I couldn't get your attention w-without letting him know- i-im sorry. . ."
Izuku looked down, seeing kaminari's hand was bleeding, "you shouldn't be sorry, you did good, but we need to get out of here before someone comes to question us" izuku said, getting up and looking over the pragnacy tests, "this one gives the more accurate results" he said, he then turned around before grabbing a packet of bandages
