(During the first movie when Qui-Gon, Obi-Wan and the others land on Tatooine they met Y/n who was a very close friend of Anakin's. When Qui-Gon realized that both Y/n and Anakin were force sensitive he tested them and saw that their Midi-Chlorian counts were very high, Anakin's being only a few thousand higher, but unlike Anakin, Y/n was more in tune with the force and was a natural in using it, it almost made Qui-Gon feel like he was staring into the heart of the force itself.
Qui-Gon and the others were able to witness the force abilities of Anakin and Y/n during a pod race that they needed to win for Qui-Gon to get a part for their spaceship, when Anakin was about to crash she and her pod was suddenly moved and Qui-Gon saw that it was Y/n using the force without even thinking! Then he witnessed Anakins natural jedi like senses as she dodged all the obstacles and other racers.
When Anakin won Qui-Gon bought both Y/n and Anakin so that he would be able to get them into jedi training, believing that Anakin was the chosen one and Y/n was just a extremely powerful force user. When they left Tatooine Anakin was clinging onto Y/n most of the time while Y/n was unnaturally calm and collected.
When they finally arrived at Coruscant Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan took Y/n and Anakin to the jedi masters. They were doubtful on letting Anakin to be trained but when they met Y/n they at first were daoubful too but when they saw how calm and in tune with the force he was they were almost convinced.
Then it all changed when during Y/n's test he felt something in the temple. The jedi masters were intrigued as Y/n told them that something was calling for him. Yoda told Y/n to go towards the thing that was calling him, so he did. Master Yoda, Master Windu and few other masters followed Y/n and they became shocked as Y/n stopped in front of a closed vault. A vault that was sealed a long time ago and no one has been able to open it before, Yoda told Y/n to try and open the vault and when Y/n raised his hand teh vault opened revealing one lightsaber and a mask inside.
The lightsaber levitated and flew right into Y/n's hand and activated revealing its bright purple blade. Y/n asked the masters about that and they told him that the saber and the mask were ancient and their owner was a great force user called Revan. When Y/n was about to put the saber back Windu told him to keep it along with the mask since they called out to him. That display was enough for the masters to let Y/n train to become a jedi.
The masters told Qui-Gon, Obi-Wan and Y/n the he was allowed to be trained to be a jedi and by none other than Master Yoda. They also allowed to let Anakin train to become a jedi making Y/n feel relieved. Then Y/n, Anakin, Qui-Gon, Obi-Wan and the others from Naboo return to Naboo and free it from the Trade Federation and from then on Obi-Wan became the master of Anakin and started to train her while Y/n stared his training with Master Yoda.
The only negative thing mostly to Anakin was that she was separated from Y/n for multiple years. But whenever she heard of Y/n's success she was beyond glad and happy for him but at the same time it made her feel motivated to train more and more)

I didn't write the Phantome Menace because in my mind it would have been a waste of time since Y/n would have come in during the middle of the movie and there wouldn't have been many good moments for him to be in.
