- Jake -

"Bye Jake!" Jungwon exclaims as he walks away with Jay.

As I'm walking into the classroom, I suddenly feel an arm wrap around my shoulders, pulling me close.

My heart almost jumps out of my chest when I look over and see Heeseung smiling at me.

"Hey." He says, walking with me to our seats, arm still wrapped around.

"Oh, hey."

Heeseung let's go once we get to our seats, sitting in the chair next to me.

"Sorry if I scared you there." He chuckles.

"It's fine, you didn't scare me."

"So... who was the guy you were just walking with?"

"Uh, their names are Jungwon and Jay, why?" I ask.

"Just wondering, I've seen the tiny one with Sunoo and Niki before, so I was curious."

"Oh really? Are they friends?"

"I don't know, I guess so."

Just then, Heeseung's phone vibrates in his pocket. He pulls it out, looking at his screen.

He sighs. "Um, weird question, but do you wanna walk home with me after classes? I know we go the same way, so."

"Yeah, sure!"

"Okay, but do you mind if the others are with us too?" He asks.

"Oh, yeah that's fine. I wanna properly introduce myself since I have a class with Sunoo and Sunghoon." I say.

"Great," He says, typing something on his phone, then putting it away. "So, how has your morning been so far?"

"My first class was pretty nice. I have physics, which is my favorite subject." I say.

"You like math??"

"Yes? It's just so interesting to learn about and I actually understand it."

I, embarrassingly, started going on a whole rant on why and how much I love math. Surprisingly, Heeseung sat there and listened to all of it.

He rested his chin on his palm, not breaking eye contact as I talked.

I would be lying if it didn't make me feel a bit nervous.

I mean, who wouldn't be nervous when a VERY handsome guy was staring into your soul attentively while you rambled on about how much you like the most hated school subject?

Heeseung chuckled as I stuttered my words, feeling the butterflies in my stomach intensify.

"You're cute." He laughs.

I furrow my eyebrows. "W-What?"

"I've never seen someone like math so much."

"It's kinda fun to do if you really think about it."

"No it's not, that's just you Jake..."
