- Heeseung -

As I approach my house, I could already hear what was going on inside and I hadn't even made it to the front door.

"Fuck..." I heard from Sunoo.

What the fuck are they doing?...

I walk up to the front door, about to open it, when suddenly it opened quickly, revealing Niki.

He sighs. "You just got here at the worst time."

"Um...why?" I ask confused.

That's when I heard it.

A bed creaking, banging on the wall, and various moans from upstairs.

Sunghoon and Sunoo were fucking. In the middle of the day...

"Oh." I say.

"Mhm, I was just about to leave and go for a walk till they finish. Wanna walk with me? I don't think you wanna be here for this."

"OH FUCK!"

"Yes, let's go." I say, turning around and walking away from the door.

Niki shuts the front door, hurrying to catch up with me.

"What is their problem?" I ask.

"I don't know dude, but I could tell the second we got home that something was gonna happen. They looked like they wanted to eat each other alive..."

"I believe you. Those two need to be neutered or something..."

Niki laughs, slinging his arm around my shoulder. "I mean, at least we get to spend time together now instead of me having to be stuck with Sunoo all day. Don't get me wrong, I love Sunoo, but I can only handle him talking about Sunghoon for about 5 minutes before I want to teleport myself to the bottom of the ocean."

"I don't blame you. During class, all Sunghoon was thinking about was him. It makes me feel so single."

"True. Oh, what about that one dude you walked home just now? Lee Heeseung wouldn't just walk anybody home."

"Oh, yeah, Jakes pretty cute. He's fun to talk to too, but you know I can't really date."

"Right... I forgot." He says.

"That reminds me, I felt it again today." I say.

"What?"

"I felt like someone was watching me again. When I was walking with Jake I felt it."

"Oh. You don't think it's him...right?" Niki asks, looking at me a bit worried.

"I don't know. I didn't see anyone, but I still felt it."

Niki sighs. "I really hope it's not him, I like it here."

"It'll be fine. It might not be him." I say.

We just really got settled here, and to have to leave so soon would be very unfortunate.

Niki has only had to experience facing him about twice since being with us, and both times he was terrified.

Niki hasn't liked any of the places we've stayed in like he did California, so him not wanting to leave Maine was a bit of a surprise.

He was traumatized after the last time we had to face him.

We left Canada with Niki having a large scar down his back and a big cut on Sunghoon's cheek.

The scar is healed, but it's still there. A long, very visible scar all the way down Niki's back.

He's been stressing about having to come across him again after what he did to him.

Vampires are supposed to be able to heal quickly, but what he used didn't let them heal like they should.

I don't blame him for being scared. I would be scared too if I had to go through what he did.

"Let's go back, they should be done by now. Hopefully..."

"Yeah, can you take us back? I don't feel like walking anymore." I ask.

Niki chuckles, shaking his head. "Sure, hold on."
