Finally having a chance to sleep in because they had the day off. What a dream. For Heeseung though, it should remain a dream. They had the day off, which was especially exciting because it was Halloween, but instead of sleeping in, he found himself pinned down on his bed by his dongsaeng. "What are you doing up so early", the oldest yawned, rubbing his eyes before looking up to figure out which of the trouble makers had come to torment him. Laughing at his caregiver's messy bed-hair, Sunghoon giggled: "Hoonie an' Nu-Nu gots bowed an' wan pway." - "Nu-Nu's here too?", Heeseung groaned. "Dada, I baby", Sunoo squealed, now climbing on top of the older too. Opening his arms for his dongsaengs, the oldest chuckled: "I can see that, darling. Isn't it way too early to play though? Come on, let's have some more cuddle-time, yeah?" The two littles didn't have to be told twice, already flopping down on Heeseung, who only winced. It wasn't the most comfortable position to go back to sleep in but at least he didn't have to get up yet.

Their cuddle session didn't last long though because both, Sunghoon and Sunoo were wide awake unlike their hyung and really wanted to play. Tugging on Heeseung's arm, Sunghoon whined: "Dada, Hoonie hungwy!" - "An' Nu-Nu boreds", the younger added, lips forming a soft pout. Realizing that he wouldn't get even a single minute more sleep, Heeseung sighed and sat up. When neither of his dongsaengs moved, he yawned: "Just how exactly are you expecting dada to get up if you're sitting on his legs?" With a loud cheer, both littles got up and dashed to the kitchen. Finally, someone else was up. Shaking his head at the boys' energy, Heeseung shuffled out of bed and made his way to the kitchen. Since he knew they'd probably be snacking all evening after trick-or-treating, he served each a small bowl of cereal before cutting up some fruit, so they would eat relatively healthy for the first half of the day.

Jay had gotten up considerably early and after washing up, made his way to the living room. "Glad you're finally awake, we have a little situation here", Heeseung greeted from where he sat on the carpet, Sunghoon and Sunoo 'styling' his hair. Glancing at the trio, Jay laughed: "Wow, you look handsome, hyung." - "Oh, don't worry, I'm pretty sure Hoonie and Nu-Nu will gladly make you just as handsome, right?", the oldest retorted, making the littles cheer. Jay plopped down on the couch, rubbing his face as he realized it was going to be one of those days. When Jake joined them, Jay asked: "Are we going to go through with our plans for the day or do we need to make any adjustments age-wise?" - "I think we're good to go but we'll see how things are once the two have tired themselves out", Heeseung mused, grateful when Jake picked Sunghoon up.

Holding his dongsaeng on his lap, Jake smiled: "You know, Hoonie, today is Halloween. Have you already decided on a costume to go trick-or-treating?" Sunghoon giggled as he cuddled into Jake's chest, while Sunoo looked at the Aussie in horror. He had never liked Halloween or haunted houses. The costumes scared him, as did people sneaking up behind him. "Buh Nu-Nu baby", the little protested, crawling up to Jay, who affectionately ruffled his hair, "We go wakes Kiki?" - "I think we should let Niki get some more sleep, hm?", the older hummed, pulling Sunoo into his lap. The little slipped two fingers between his lips, suckling on them softly to calm himself down. He hated Halloween.

"Hoonie dwess up vewy scawy?", Sunghoon asked excitedly as Jake looked up different Halloween costumes on the internet. Sure, they were rather late but they had been too busy to think about something like that. Squirming in Jay's lap, Sunoo whined: "I wan' Kiki." The older really wanted to grant their maknae some more sleep and figured Sunoo would be to scared to go and wake him up alone ever since he realized that today was Halloween. "Okay, you can go and wake him but you need to go on your own", Jay agreed, making eye contact with Heeseung. Jake and Sunghoon seemed to be in their own world anyway. Sunoo only whined again, not making any move to go and wake Niki up.
