Chapter 11

Natalie's PoV

It's been 4 months that Rick and I have been dating . Life feels so loved , it feels so simple . Unlike before . Maybe sometimes we need the emotional , mental , physical support to push you through the worst of situations . Rick has been my moral support , my angel .
Maybe Tyson was right , I couldn't find anyone better than Rick .

But yet I have a little fear . Rick does not know about my father . This thing is eating up my innards . I don't wanna hide anything from him , nor do I wanna spoil our relationship . I know for sure that Rick will not let it affect our relationship , but I don't want to load him with my sad life . I don't want our lovely, lively relationship to destroy and sadness to overpower our hearts .

I should ask Tyson maybe . Dad is going to Greece this month . Probably . With Sandra . He says he won't go with her but I do know my father very well . I don't know what to do , what to tell him . He says he will take Daisy too , but Daisy is not well .

It's been 5 months that she ha been feeling unwell . I'm sure it's something serious . Even though dad says it's not . She has constantly been sick . She has gained 20 pounds in the last 5 months . Her body looks swollen . She is my baby sister after all . And he boyfriend Bruce also left her . She has no support . I don't know what to do . I can't even diagonise what's happened to her . I just hope things turn out to be fine .

" Tyson do you think I should tell Rick about my dad?"

And I got the same reply . He said no . But he said that I should when the right time comes .

But when will the right time come ?

" Rick " she said sitting on his lap , facing him , playing with his hair .

" Rick I feel you should go and spend some time with daisy "

" what happened to my baby , why re you looking so sad "

" it's nothing . It's just that you know about daisy right , her health is degenerating and I just got a call from mom she told me , uh , daisies body looks swollen and she is getting week . And plus you know that she broke up with her boyfriend , so she is all alone ."

" it's ok honey , don't worry show me her reports " he said and wore his glasses .

Oh my god ! He looked absolutely stunning with them .

" I don't have it , it's at home . "

" I will go to your place . Don't worry Natalie " he said kissing her forehead and she hugged him .

" Natalie get up my legs are hurting " he said laughing .

" shut up " she said and got up and sat next to him .

He slept on her lap as she kissed his soft lips .

" I hate you " she said breaking away .

" love you too baby " he said ignoring her .

" come let's go now or else we will get late" she said and went to take a shower .

In no time they both were dressed up to leave .

On reaching the house they were greeted by her mother .
" Natalie daisy isn't waking up " she said as she came on the door .

They ran up to her room . God she had gained a lot of weight . She was looking nothing like the daisy that Rick had seen 4 months ago .

" she 's fainted " he said . Natalie checked her blood pressure . It was low . She was admitted to the hospital .

" Natalie you stay out please " he insisted .

" Rick please let me go in "

" Natalie do you trust me or no . Look in my eyes Natalie , I will take care of her . You don't need to worry even a bit"
He said and left for the room .

SHe waited outside until they found out .

" she is ok now " he said as he came out .

" I wanna take you out somewhere " he continued .

" not now Rick I wanna meet her "

" Natalie ! " he screamed .

And she broke down and hugged him. He was dazzled . He realised it when a tear from his eye feel on his hand .

" it's ok she is your second daughter . Nerussa will handle it I don't think you should cancel our trip for her " Sandra said . He high pitch could break a glass faster than an opera singer .

" I think you are correct by the way her name is Natalie " said Charles and continued to pack his bag .

" I want some money " she said coming close to him

" how much?"

" 700 dollars " she replied and took it away from his purse .

" you've got to be very calm " as he took her in their room .

" what Rick ! What's the matter , what has happened to her ? Look at her face , she looks devastated . I just can't get it "

" you need to understand Natalie .."

" what do I need to understand , my life was a living hell before I met you and now again things are ruining my life . Why don't you understand I don't want to ruin your life with my horrors . I don't to make you sad but like an idiot I'm pushing you into this . I'm sorry Rick ! Do you know how much I'm going through "

It all sounded coarse as the rain from eyes were heavy , her face was red and helpless . And the only hope that her eye had ,
reflected Rick . For he was her hope..............
