The team look through every door, trying to find Sai or Sasuke, but it was no use. They were almost at another door until a they felt a big explosion shake the hideout.
Taiyo: What the hell was that?!
Yamato: (Senses something) This way, everyone!
The team follow Yamato down a hallway until they see a light at the end.
Sakura: (Sees someone) I see him! (She runs without them)
Yamato: Sakura, no!
They see Sakura run up to Sai and grab onto him.
???: Sakura
The trio hear a voice and the two teens knew exactly who that was.
Taiyo: Was that?
Naruto: (Nods) Definitely, come on!
They both start running towards the light and when they exit the tunnel they are blinded by the light, their eyes clear and the duo look up to see their old friend, Sasuke Uchiha.
Taiyo: Sasuke
Naruto: We found you
Sasuke: (Montone) Taiyo and Naruto as well, I assume Kakashi is here too
Yamato: (Comes out of tunnel) Kakashi could not make it, you can me Yamato. Team Kakashi is here to escort you back to the Leaf
Sasuke: Team Kakashi...(looks at Sai) I assume he's my replacement, what a pitiful excuse
Taiyo: What's wrong buddy, you jealous?
Sasuke: Not even close
Sai grabs the handle of his Tantō and brings it out to aim it at Sasuke.
Sakura: (Shocked) I knew it, Sai don't!
Taiyo, Naruto, and Yamato shocked by this.
Sasuke: This guy talked about wanting to see the bond of me, Taiyo, and Naruto
Sai: My true mission was to Sasuke, but I'm through with following orders and I'm gonna follow what my heart wants, thanks to Taiyo and Naruto. I really don't know much about you Sasuke, but I can see that these three will risk their lives to save you, surely you would be able to understand
Sasuke: (Thinks about this) You are right, I did understand and know there was a bond. That's why I severed it!
Sakura: What?!
Naruto: No?!
Taiyo: I don't buy it
Sasuke begins to think back to when he was beaten by Itachi when he and Taiyo were attempting to protect Naruto.
Sasuke: I have a new bond now with my brother, a bond of hatred!
Naruto: (Angry) If that's true, then why didn't you kill me and Taiyo that day? Weren't you gonna break our bond, Sasuke!?
Sasuke: You two were spared on a whim that day because I didn't want to stoop to my brother's level
Taiyo: (Annoyed) That's a damn lie and you know it! When Naruto was knocked out, I was still awake and you weren't going to go until you were forced to go by Kabuto!
Naruto: Really? Is that what happened?
Sasuke: You're delusional Taiyo (he disappears)
Sasuke had moved so fast off a cliff that now he was right in front of Taiyo, he puts his hand on Taiyo's shoulder and kinda hugs him, he moves his head closer to the teen's ear.
