12: Follow The Polen Trail

3rd person pov:

As Touya Steps away from the camper. He searches through his bag while walking. That's when he finds that his phone and the battery were apart to prevent tracking. So once Touya gets to the city. He puts them back together and turns on his phone.

Tou:"Track me you son of a bitch. I got a nice surprise for you to choke on."

Under Touya hero suit jacket is lined with multiple support items.

Meanwhile, as natsuo shops for food. The figure behind him speaks.

Enji:"Natsuo?"

Natsu turns around and is happy to see his father. Only to see the branches taking over.

Nat:"dad?"No something is wrong. That thing smells like flowers.^"Huh!?"

Enji smirks and leans forward to whisper orders.

Enji:"Now for the final push. Get me fuyumi."

As natsuo pushes his father away and runs out of the store. He goes to get in the car where his phone is. As he goes to call fuyumi. His vision begins to go dark. Then he faints and falls face first onto the steering wheel.

Nat:"Run..... sister-"

Touya goes to his office and is surrounded by endeavours side kicks. They're trying to ask him questions but touya isn't responding. That's when enji's right hand speaks out.

Kido:"Everyone stand back! Can't you see this young man is on a mission!? That face isn't of someone that's been on vacation! I don't know the details, but I'm sure he'll explain himself when this is all over."

She smiles and winks at touya. Bringing a smile to his face.

Touya then heads to his father's office to look for information. That's when he discovers a remote login from the hospital a few days ago. So he checks the search history.

Tou:"So it's from that day."

Touya grabs a few more items before walking out.

Touya stops at the door with a fist held high.

Tou:"No matter what happens! This day will be the day I bring them home and set things right! You've all been like family to me! So thank you for everything!"

As touya bows to them all. Kido walks up with burnin.

Bur:"Why does it sound like you're saying goodbye?"

Tou:"Better to say it then regret it later just incase. My only goal in this is to bring them home."

Kido:"Let us help you."

Tou:"You'd only be used as a shield. This quirk is a parasite. Only I can fight this battle."

As touya steps out of the building. The step melts the concrete, and touya uses his quirk to boost up in the air.

A blue light shoots across the city like a comet. Since the sun is starting to set on the fourth day. Touya bursts for more speed. Breaking t h e sound barrier.

Enji stands outside by the tree trunk. The branches of the tree have grown into the neighboring buildings and over the streets.

As touya lands. He forms a crador of melted asfalt. Branches cremated on contact.

Tou:"So there you are. I've been waiting for this for awhile now."

As enji goes to speak. A flash causes him to shield his eyes. Then touya ends up behind him. Wasting no time to attack the main tree.

As touya draws back to punch it with a flashier fist. It begins to move. The trunk opens to hawks.

Tou:"Gsh!"

Touya is startled and even more pissed.

Enji:"I tried to warn you. Now let's talk out a deal."

Touya is growling as drool poors from his mouth like a rabbit beast.

Tou:"I don't wanna hear a God DAMN thing from you! I'm here to save what's precious to me."

As touya touches the tree to burn it. Hawks cries out in pain. That's when touya sees the hair thin fibers that fuse to hawks skin. Connecting everything that happens to the tree to him.

As touya reaches again. Enji speaks out.

Enji:"If you pull him our! The shock will kill him!"

Touya then turns his attention to the one standing before him.

Tou:"Then I'll beat you till you let them go."^Sorry about this, but I'm sure you'll understand why I had to dad.^"Try not to die on me, ENJI TODOROKI!"

Hawks flinches and lifts his head. Now one arm is out of the tree. So Hawks reaches out to where he heard the voice. Unable to see. Hawks uses the tiny pieces of his feathers to invision what's happening. The outlines of enji and touya fighting. The heat of both of them exchanging blows. Touya punches enji in the face. Only to be drawn in close. Enji grabs Touya's arm and  uses his quirk to pull touya back towards the ground from mid air. Slamm8ng Touya's back on the ground with enough force to break the ground.

Touya uses his flames to melt the ground to cushen the fall. Liquid lava like concrete splashes and burns touya along with his quirk.

Haw:^This Isn't real. Touya's not a villian. I'll never believe your lies!^"T...ou...ya."

Hawks tries to reach out. Hand  reaches to grab something. That's when he feels a hand. The warmth lights up the darkness.

Haw:"Touya...... you came."

Tou:"Everything will be alright. Now rest."

Hawks smiles as tears poor again.

Hawks hand falls out of Touya's as Hawks passes out,or so he thought. Hawks hadn't held Touya's hand. As he was hilusinating it. Hawks goes limp and touya saw the moment when it happened. The blood coming from Hawks eyes as the blood turns a lighter red before he goes limp. Then branches starting to grow inside him.

Touya's eyes widen as the reflection of hawks is shown in them. Tears turn to flames and touya heats up. Causing enji to back away.

The coolent in touya begins to evaporate and skin begins to melt on his arms, chest, neck, and chin. As Touya's breath is now flames. Voice raspy from the damage.

Tou:"I'll kill you."
