Sonic stared at himself in Shadow's mirror, his body quivering slightly. He felt ill. But Shadow had told him he hadn't eaten the night before. He had been well behaved and didn't cause any destruction.

But he still felt sick. Perhaps it was one of the side effects of transformation. Messing with his guts. The blue hero leaned over the sink and coughed heavily, shock and confusion contorting his face when what came out wasn't vomit, but a simple glob of off-white, milky substance. His eyes grew wide.

"WHAT THE FU-"

///

Shadow stepped back into his penthouse, grumbling under his breath. Both of his dark ears shot up like springs when he entered. "WHAT THE FUCK." His muzzle wrinkled. I told him to be out of here by the time I got back. "EW. THAT IS SO GROSS," the hero's voice shrieked once more. What the hell did he find? My computer has a code that's practically impossible to crack! There's no way he found my search history!

Shadow dashed into the bathroom to see Sonic leaning over the toilet, one hand shoved into his mouth while his nimble digit disturbed his uvula. He retched horribly and proceeded to throw up, yellowish bile mixed with chunks of ghost-like essence poured from his lips and filled the bowl. "What happened!?" Shadow yelled, his red eyes wide. Forcing yourself to throw up wasn't pleasant and was only something Shadow had ever done in very very demanding situations.

"I SWALLOWED CUM," Sonic screamed and threw up again. His fur was pale and the look on his face showed he was absolutely horrified. Shadow cringed. Uh oh. The blue hedgehog gave a final burp and tried to throw up again, but nothing came out aside from a painful sounding gag. He coughed and sat back on the tiled floor, wiping his forehead.

"When in the ever loving FUCK did I have time to suck someone off!? You said you were with me all night!" he complained and reached for the handle on the toilet, Shadow watching as his DNA was swept away into the streets pipes with a simple flush. He had to do everything he could to not avert his eyes when Sonic looked at him.

"Did I sneak off or something!? What happened last night!?" Sonic stood up and glared at Shadow. "I-I'm not gay! Why would I do such a thing!?"
"Faker."
"A-and you told me I behaved all night! Nobody could have been around!"
"Sonic." Shut him up before he actually puts that brain to use for once.
"Who the hell could I have..."

Too late.

"Sonic."
"No."
"Sonic."
"No!"
"Sonic."
"NO! Lalalalala! I'm not listening!" Sonic grabbed his ears and pulled them down, shaking his head from side to side as he sang at the top of his lungs. Shadow exhaled and set his hand on Sonic's shoulder, trying just briefly to get him to shut up and listen so they could both move on with their lives.

"Sonic. There's a spare toothbrush under the sink. I want you to take a deep breath, brush your teeth, get that god awful taste out of your mouth, and then we can sit down in the living room and talk like the civilized adults we are. Okay? I'll make you some hot chocolate if that'll make you feel better." Sonic stared open-mouthed at Shadow. He took a couple of deep breaths, but eventually, and thankfully, nodded. "O-okay."

Shadow released his shoulder and turned around, deciding to drop the fact that he had asked Sonic to be out of the house before he came home.

Sonic slowly walked out of the bathroom with nervousness painted to his features, a tiny amount of toothpaste crusting the corner of his mouth. Shadow set the hot chocolate down on the coffee table, gesturing to the side of his mouth where Sonic would find the toothpaste on his own mouth. The hero wiped it away.

Sonic took a seat on the plush couch, refusing to meet Shadow's gaze. He picked up the hot chocolate and blew on it.

"You have no memories of last night?" Shadow checked first. Sonic shrugged. "Like I said. Faint outlines, some more clear than others."
"Any you can somewhat make out?" the darker male interrogated and sipped at his coffee. Sonic looked into his hot chocolate, feeling a pit in his stomach.
