Chapter 17

Tadashi has no idea how much power he holds over Adam. The whole world can try to convince him to do something and the moment Tadashi agrees with it, he'll do it.

Anyways we're on our way to S and the others had to use one of Adam's boards because they left theirs at home. Not me though, I always bring Carla with me. Everywhere, Anytime. Most of his we're ridiculous looking so Tadashi offered some extras of his. There weren't enough for everyone so he decided he wasn't going to skate. That man is selfless.

"Get out losers where here!" Adam yelled from the back seat. We were in his limo because that's the largest car he had to fit all of us. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me.

"Says the one who lost to a 17 year old." That was personal-

"I'm not the only one here that lost to a 17 year old!" Adam shot a look at Joe.

"Who are you looking at because I know it isn't me." He's so pouty. But it is true he did lose to Langa in the tournament.

"Whatever, I've won hundreds more races than all of you combined." He got his skateboard and took off. 

"See you later Tadashi!" I waved goodbye to him and took off with the rest following me.

While we were skating towards the main area of the abandoned mine, there were people whispering under their breath like the whole world couldn't hear them.

"Is that Cherry Blossom?!"

"I thought he was in the hospital after that brutal race with Adam?"

"I guess he's back!"

"Omg Joe's there too!!"

"Is that Adam with them?!"

"Snow and Reki are back!!"

So I guess none of us have been to S since the tournament ended.

There was a crowd but as we headed towards the main area. There was a road but it was cleared with the people on the side.

"Joe!!"

"Let me touch your abs!!"

"Do your hair grow longer Joe?!"

"I love you!!"

My eyes darted to the crowd after that last sentence. Looking for who said that, but then again there just saying that in an admiring way. Joe wouldn't actually have an intimate relationship with them. Right?

"Who are those people behind them?"

"Is that Cherry?"

"No he looks like a younger version of them."

"He looks so cute!!"

Kaoru and Kojiro looked at each other. One more flustered and embarrassed than the other. Kojiro started flexing and Kaoru looked like he was sulking. They started arguing like always showing no sign of stopping.

"I guess they really are younger versions of Cherry and Joe!"

As we skating farther there was a change of crowd and focus.

"Cherry!!"

"Omg he's back!!"

"Welcome back Cherry!"
