Everyone has a weakness
Lañaia regaló has plenty of weaknesses.
Her crippling fear of men. The way they stare made her wanna rip their eyes out of their skulls.
Her immobilizing dread of water, especially frigid temperatures of the drench, made her choke every time she graced the waters that smelt of salt and sulfur.
The revolting grip of rope around her body, that made her tremble as soon as she touched it.
The dominance that many people clutched over her. That produced a want, a need for authority that she would never get, she would never deserve.
Kaz Brekker has few weaknesses.
His anguish of his older brother. That made him crave recrimination.
His despise, loathing hatred for Pekka Rollins. That made him want to burn down everything Rollins ever loved.
His abhorring disgust of physical touch. That made his fondness of Lañaia Regaló so formidable.
