Tallulah POV
"Are you ready?" Karl asked me as we approached XD.
I nodded my head. I'm 20 now which means I'm old enough to gain my immortality from XD. I was excited to finally be able to travel with Karl without having to worry about dying.
"Tallulah Soot Jacobs," XD spoke firmly. Did I mention I changed my last name to Soot Jacobs? "Do you swear to use your immortality for the good of the worlds and to never misuse it?"
"I swear it on my mortal life," I stated.
I watched as XD's hands began to glow. A light shot out of his hands and to my chest. I felt life flow through my body as I gain my immortality. I wonder what adventures Karl and I will go on now. There's only one way to find out.
