Broken love.

In the depths of the heart, a story is told,
Of a love once vibrant, now shattered and cold.
A tale of two souls intertwined in embrace,
Now torn apart, leaving naught but a trace.

Once upon a time, their love was a flame,
Burning brightly, never to be tamed.
But storms of life came crashing through,
Leaving scars and wounds that pierced them true.

Words once whispered, so sweet and so kind,
Now twisted and bitter, like poison in the mind.
Promises broken, trust turned to dust,
Leaving behind a love tarnished and rusted.

In the silence of night, tears gently fall,
Echoing the ache of hearts entwined in a thrall.
Dreams that once flourished, now withered and gray,
Lost in the ruins of love's disarray.

Yet amidst the pain, a glimmer remains,
Remnants of love that refuse to wane.
For broken hearts still carry a flame,
A flicker of hope that love can reclaim.

Though love may be fractured, it's never too late,
To mend the pieces and resurrect fate.
For love, like a phoenix, can rise from the ash,
Rebuilding the ruins, a love that will last.

So let us not dwell in sorrow and despair,
But gather the fragments, and handle with care.
For even in brokenness, beauty can rise,
A testament to love's enduring ties.

And so, in the tapestry of love's grand design,
Broken hearts can heal and once again shine.
For love is resilient, a force to behold,
A testament to the stories of love untold.
