Farhan's Pov

Since the day Abbah talks to me about the girl he wants me to marry. I don't know why this man thinks he can control me. I can't believe he can do this to me. He froze my account and every means of me getting money.

He wants to send me out of this House.
I can't go to any of my friends to stay with them. That is a total embarrassment.
Just while I was thinking about how hell my life is going to be. Jannah's call came in.
I reject the call and drop the phone on the table.

I'm not ready to listen to her everyday drama which is not making sense.
Sometimes I do wonder why I'm dating a girl who is acting so childish.
She doesn't have manners and she isn't the kind of girl I would want to marry.
I want to marry a girl with respect and dignity, not the other way round.

I heard a knock on my door. I groan hoping it shouldn't be Jannah because I'm not in the mood to welcome her in my house which will soon be taken away from me.
I stand up and walk to the door.
I open the door and see Mubarak standing by the door with a smile.

Mubarak is One of my best friends not as crazy as other friends. He is religious. He doesn't smoke or drink alcohol. He has tried all he could do to stop me from doing all this shit but anytime he tries stopping me I will insult him and even threaten to beat him up.
Despite that I have been pushing him away he is always there for me anytime something happens to me.

I'm I welcome or I should go back? Mubarak asked me.
Yes, You are welcome. Please come in. I muttered calmly.
This is unlike me. But I need someone to talk to and Mubarak is the only person that I can talk to about this.

Muby how are you? How is work and your wife? I ask him.
Mubarak gives me a quizzical look but I smile at him.
Work is fine though sometimes hectic. My wife is fine and the newborn baby is. Mubarak muttered.
Oh, I didn't know that your wife had given birth. I said to him.

Yes, You won't because you never want me in your life because I refused to leave the life you are leaving. I was just passing by and I decided to say Hi to you as a friend. Mubarak muttered.
I'm sorry. I said to him.
I'm glad you come. I wanted to call you.
Mubarak, I want to discuss something with you and it's important. I said to Mubarak.

What about the friends you go to the club with? Mubarak asked me.
Mubarak this is a family matter and I don't want to discuss it with anyone of them because they will give me stupid advice. I said to Mubarak.
Okay, what is the problem? Mubarak asked me and I tell him everything.

Farhan, what about that girl I always see you with? I thought you said she is your girlfriend how will you do about her? Mubarak asked me.
Mubarak, I was blindly in love with her but that girl doesn't have manners.
She doesn't have respect for people even people that are old enough to give birth to her.

Yusuf told me what she did to my parents when they visited her father and he wasn't at home.
I know I'm not on good terms with my parents but I will not allow her to disrespect my parents.
I only tested her to see if she would give her body for love and she did.

Mubarak, I swear by Allah I didn't mean to sleep with her. I just wanted to see if she is not among all the girls I date but she proved me wrong by submitting her body to me instead of denying it.
Apart from that Day we often have sex. Sometimes she will be the one to initiate it.

Jannah has started smoking because of me.
I don't know but I can't take such a girl as my wife. I narrate everything to Mubarak.
Mubarak remains quiet.
