Alhaji Ibrahim's Pov

I never believe I will ever see her again. I was flabbergasted beyond shock when I saw her. She was the woman I loved but destiny couldn't let us end up together and my parents also.
I'm a bad person. I betrayed her and broke the promise I made to her.

Author's POV

Hajiya Halimah reached the apartment Her Son kept her luggage. She opened the door and enter inside. Hajiya Halimah walks to the bedroom and takes out her luggage.

Mama, what is going on with you and Alhaji Ibrahim? AbdulHamid asked his mom immediately he enter the living room and met her with her luggage. She is also in tears.
Abdul, go in there and park your things. We are leaving here now. Hajiya Halimah said to AbdulHamid.

Mama, I can't go back to Zaria. I have work to do. I just got a job here. AbdulHamid muttered.
Mama, what is going on? Why won't you tell me? AbdulHamid ask his mom impatiently.

Alhaji, did you know that dirty thing? Hajiya Khadija asked Alhaji Ibrahim.
Khadija, don't you dare call her dirty thing else I will divorce you. Alhaji Ibrahim muttered angrily and sauntered out of the living room.
He walks to the apartment he gives AbdulHamid.

Mama, your silence is killing me. Please stop crying and tell me what happened. Did he do something to you? AbdulHamid asks already losing it. What he hates most is to see his Mom in tears.
No, Abdul. Hajiya Halimah muttered.
They heard a knock on the door.

AbdulHamid, walk to the door and open it. He saw Alhaji Ibrahim standing by the door with a worried look.
Please come in. AbdulHamid muttered and Alhaji Ibrahim thanked him.

Halimah, I came to see you. Alhaji Ibrahim muttered.
What do you want from me? Abdul, if you will not leave this house I will but I will not spare you if you continue staying with this heartless Man. Hajiya Halimah muttered flicking back her tears.

Halimah, I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Alhaji Ibrahim pleads.
Can you two stop this drama and tears and tell me what is going on here? AbdulHamid Thundered.
Abdul, this Man standing here is your father. He is your biological father, not my late husband.

Alhaji Ibrahim was shocked at the revelation.

Halimah, how is Abdul, my Son? You never told me you were pregnant when we were together? Alhaji Ibrahim asked.
I know you will not believe me but it's high time you know who your father is. Hajiya Halimah muttered facing AbdulHamid.

I was pregnant with you when your father broke up with me. Hajiya Halimah said to AbdulHamid.

Flashback

Halimah, why are you saying this? You know I love you right? You are the only woman In my life and I will marry. Ibrahim said to Halimah.

Ibrahim, your parents are rich and mine are poor. They won't accept me to be their daughter-in-law. The last time you took me to your house to greet your parents. They humiliate me. Halimah said to Ibrahim.

I love you too Ibrahim. I'm scared to lose you.
You are travelling out of the country with Your father for a business meeting. I'm scared you might meet someone with class there and Marry her. Halimah said to Ibrahim.

I will never do that to you. I promise to be by your side.
Let's go to my house and have fun before I leave tomorrow. Ibrahim said to Halimah.
He opened his car for her and she enter inside.
He drive her to his house. He is the only one who stays in the house.
