"So about..."
A total month had already passed in the new school, and I hadn't gotten much friends either from the new place I had been. I'd only met a boy from Science who as well, was very much like Addison. I never recognised him as a friend, but had to be nice.
There was one thing: I never pulled away from Sadie. We spent most of our time together, and even though her older sister had ordered, she would leave the F1 life behind for F2, just for me. I couldn't thank her for the amount of support, forcing her mother and sister to stay at the F1 track.
Prom was in about a month, just before the last week of school. Then we would all seperate to our own lives. I wish I had the absolute confidence to ask her, but it was impossible. We were just friends. "Prom?" She cut me off for about the fifth time this conversation. "I don't plan on going with anyone as more than friends."
"Okay," It was a nice Friday afternoon, just the weekend after my home race and before Budapest in Hungary. "Has... anyone asked you yet?"
"No, same question with you, Ollie, has anyone asked you yet? No," She did a perfect imitation of my voice, as I chuckled. We both sat on the window sill in the school, for break. "No one would even ask a freak out like me. I'm surprised Addison got asked out already."
"As it's Sam, it's normal they're both nerds," Ava cut in. She was walking up the stairs with all her friends, dressed in the recent trends' outfits with her fake bags. "Ollie, why won't you hang out with us? That freak is so poor. Look at you, covered in style."
"Thanks, I'd rather rot with Sadie than you, with all those fake bags you probably bought from some random shop down the roads," I jumped down, taking her 'Gucci' bag from her and tapped at the logo. It fell to the floor with a crash. "Nice bag. Come on, Sadie."
I helped her down carefully, as I reached for her legs and pulled her down until I grasped her waist gently and hoisted her down. Her cheeks turned red slightly as I chuckled. "And maybe be more careful. I saw you right down the road yesterday, in a second-hand shop getting that Gucci Bag. So you are rich."
I wrapped an arm around her shoulder as we both burst into laughter. "Her friends were backing away from her like she just caught the flu."
"Really?" I tilted my head. "Let's go."
"Who do you plan on asking out?" We headed towards our lockers while I hung my bag onto the hook, taking out the notebooks. "Amanda from 7A seems nice. She's just your type."
"Be real, Sadie," I rolled my eyes and shut my locker. "It's just the seating plan in art class that makes us seem like we're close. We're really just trying to draw a picture partnered. That's why I begged the teacher to move us in the first place. I wanted to hang out with you."
"Really?" The bell rang as we looked at each other, blankly. "We should get to Biology. That classroom is far from difficult to find."
"I'll race you there."
"Bet."

"You are in love with him."
"I am not," I said adamantly, Ruby's face on the other side. "I just think he's cute, okay? That's really all. I don't know what to do, Ruby. Mum's just grounded me for not handing in my Biology homework in time. And I've just gotten a text from him that he wants to hang out."
"Oh shit, it's worse than I've thought," Ruby chuckled. "Anyways, I've just won my first game and scored on my debut. Isn't that great?"
I wasn't even listening. I was reading Ollie's message.
U free tonight? I wanna bring u somewhere
Now that caught my full attention. Ruby saw my facial expression and raised her eyebrows as I stared at the message on my phone curiously. I didn't know whether to answer him or not.
"He just asked if I was free, saying he wanted to bring me somewhere," I sighed and climbed down from the bed, sitting by my desk. "I don't know if I want to answer me." I took out a book about Maths and threw it onto the floor in fury.
"It's your own choice to answer him or not," I looked outside. The sky was turning dark. What and where did Ollie want to bring me. "Girls can have their own freedom too, you know."
"I know, but..." It was turning ten. "I should get to bed before Mum scolds me or anything now. I feel pretty tired anyways." She said her good nights and hung up as I picked the Maths book from the floor and placed it back on my shelf. I sighed and was about to shut the lights off and when I heard someone tap on my window. I turned around.
Oh, he never gave up.
"Ollie?" I opened the window and let him in. "What are you doing here? Lower your voice or Mum'll come upstairs."
"You didn't answer my calls or texts, I was getting worried," Ollie pulled me in for a tight hug and let go. "What's going on? You usually call me back straight after. Oh, you're grounded, aren't you?" He'd seen the closed door. I didn't shut my doors. "You're in a good outfit. Great."
"What do you mean?" I frowned. "Where are we going?"
"Some place I really love," He gently held my arm. "I'll help you down. It's easier than tying a knot in a rope." I took my phone as we sat at the edge of the window, and reached for the tree branch nearby and slid down the tree. I did the same, but more riskier. "Careful."
"I'm fine, Ollie," I took his hand. "Well, Mr. Where are we going now?"
A soft smile formed on his lips. "You will thank me later. Now come on."

عاطفية"Alright, what the- Sadie?" Ollie did look terrible. He just wasn't the same from the last few days I had seen him. "You okay?" I collapsed straight into him, sobbing. "You're fine, Ollie," I looked up at him. "I missed you." "I can't believe you'r...
