It has been a month since the whole dating thingy started.
Kai was fed up with it but he could do nothing.
Yeonjun and Taehyun did try to contact him but every time he was forced to decline their calls given the situation he's in. In fact, his "boyfriend" watched him 24/7. Even when they were separated Soobin knew what Kai was doing at every moment.
Kai felt worse than an animal locked up in a zoo. He had no privacy, no control and more importantly no more life.
His life was indeed ruined, he couldn't go outside without Soobin, couldn't call anyone, couldn't speak to anyone in uni etc etc.
He was now convinced that Beomgyu's case was an homicide in which the murderer was his own brother. The college student just needed a crucial piece of evidence that could put his "partner" behind bars.
As if God heard his wish, Soobin took the wrong bag with him when he went to work this morning so the laptop and his phone were left at home.
Luckily Kai didn't have any classes at the moment and began his own research about the truth.
Strickingly, he found what he was searching for along with a dirty secret and immediately contacted Yeonjun on Soobin's phone since every single contact were deleted from his.
"Hello Soobin ssi, what do you want?"
"Hyung, it's me. I found definite evidence that Soobin murdered Beomgyu!" Kai was excited, it was the 1rst call he had in a while.
"Hyuka! You all right? That's awesome, send me an email and I'll report him to the police. Don't forget to delete the email and the call right after you're done." Yeonjun immediately blurted out.
"Got it. No need to hide anymore Hyung, I know you're a cop." He laughs lightly.
"What- I'm not, you're mistaken. I-" the real cop tried to deny it.
"Who else is so composed when one of his friends is almost 'kidnapped' and they have no news of him? Who else is so careful about not leaving traces behind in case the suspect find out they are investigating him? Who else is more serious than you when it comes to the piece of evidence I found?"
"Hyung, you're a bad liar."
"Ok ok I admit to all that, now stay safe I'm gonna hang." he admitted.
